I was a little disappointed in the communication - when I ordered my product it said it was in stock on the website and that it would ship out within hours - unfortunately it sat in: warehouse processing' status for almost 2 weeks - with no notification of what was going on. If I had known it was going to take almost 3 weeks to get my product I may have ordered from somewhere else.

I had been waiting for the bumper to become available. I received an email ad from Quadratec saying they were in stock and would ship the same day if ordered within a couple hours. Ordered that day and was shipped same day. Received it a few days later.

Floor plugs did not fit my Jeep but it worked for what I needed at the time.
Parts arrived at designation as scheduled.
I had then shipped to a mechanic shop so have not seen the work or parts yet. Or how the box looked when it arrived

Late receiving product. Still had a tag on the product from another customer who had returned the product to Quad. Poorly packed. Box was in shambles... three times the size of the product. Total waste of time and materials in my opinion. Not used to sloppy work by the company. I have bought plenty from company and this is not what I would expect.

I have dealt with Quadratec for almost 15 years. Some things haven't been the qualities I expected them to be and they have always made it right. The shipping is always lightening fast and the techs are great at answering all of my questions. Anything I need for my Jeep, I call them.

Ordered and wish they would have communicated a little quicker as far as letting me know where my order was and how long it was going to take to be delivered. It took several days after order before I heard anything and then I had to get online and ask in a chat.

I had lots of questions about fitment and availability. Their techs answered my e-mails with all the information I needed! Delivery was great for the heavy parts with a very pleasant guy who hauled them all the way into my garage when all he had to do was put them in the driveway!

Seats look awesome! The hardware boxes were open so the bolts and washers had fallen out in the main box. After going through everything I was missing 1 bolt but that's nothing a quick trip to the hardware store couldn't fix. Would recommend maybe putting the small parts in a bag instead of a box and taping it to the plastic the seat is wrapped in so these parts can't get lost in shipping. Overall seats look incredible! Highly recommend!

We purchased a cargo carrier and when it was delivered the box was completely busted open.The carrier was damaged and hardware was just dropped on the porch. When we called Quadratic they were super helpful. We explained what happened and they shipped out another cargo carrier to us right away; delivery was even made on a Sunday. They also paid to have the first one picked up. Thank you Quadratic for great customer service.

Great variety of products for everyone who has a Jeep. Great descriptions and will it fit this or that model. The customer uploaded pictures and reviews helped me make a good decision for what I wanted

I've ordered from them about 5 different times this year. Other than having to cancel an order for floor pans because they had to order them from their supplier and it wouldn't come in when I needed them, I haven't had a problem with them. And even in that case, it was no problem to cancel the order and get a refund. I've got to say that they've been pretty good.

Amazon's got some cheaper recovery boards but I wanted ActionTrax boards. Quadratic sell the blue color for $60 less than other colors.
No packing in the roomy box but this is a rugged product, no damage.

DISASTER. These yahoos sent me the wrong item. I wanted protective carriers for the freedom panels on my Wrangler Sahara. The product they shipped had a very similar item number so I can understand how this can happen. BUT when I tried to inquire about a return and reorder, their "world class customer service" line is constantly busy. I tried a chat and i was "#1 in the queue with a wait time of 0 minutes" FOR 47 MINUTES. I'm furious they've wasted my time like this. I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint. Absolute joke.

The TPMS sensors I received did not match website description and images. It appears the product has been updated, but it's not clear whether I got old stock or new stock. This is a concern when the items include limited shelf-life items like batteries.

Great top. My only issue is that for the rear window, the right tab was slightly bent (the one that clips into the slot towards the bottom on either side of the trunk), causing some issues when trying to secure the flap.

O\Ordering and delivery went well. The outer shifter boot isn't as tall as the original OEM part, so it seems to be a little tighter when shifting all the way over and down into reverse. But otherwise everything went well and the issue noted above might just be the difference between original and aftermarket parts?
