Quadratec

This is the second Quadratec Plug-n-Play product and they have been amazing. The instructions are easy to follow and from a design standpoint, I think that have made every effort to offer a simple and effective product that does its job. It surprises how thought out the installation is with replacement clips and such for your access areas where other products just don't leaving you to find your own for those body panel clips that enivably break. I highly recommend this product! And Quadratec's other Plug-n-Play systems

Site is easy to use; you don't have to set up an account if you don't want to, but I wanted to. The Quadratec folks are great doe keeping one informed on your order's progress--looking forward to a confirmed delivery date is nice.

We have communicated that we want to return the item, it has not even been opened out of the box. They said that they would get back to us in three days, and have not communicated. Seems like a delay tactic, or very bad customer service.

There were problems initially due to billing address and credit details. It took a while to explain to Quadratec's customer service on these issues and it almost 2 weeks to have it all resolve from order to delivery. Once that is resolved, it was smooth sailing.

I have ordered from Quadratec for so many years, over multiple Jeeps. You guys are the best. I know the packaging will be sturdy, everything is included and if for some reason I have to return, the customer service is 100%. Why would I buy elsewhere?

I guess I'm not surprised. The screws as delivered matched the Jeep part number referenced and I knew that going in. I was looking for the screw style as referenced by picture on your website. It most closely matches screws that were missing from the Jeep trail rail kit I purchased. The antenna is as advertised but I was ordering the antenna only to achieve free freight.

I utilized the sales this past black Friday, and selected some Rigid lights and other items that went with the lights as far as covers and safety installation kits that would prevent the lights from being stolen. Everything gets ordered and 3-4 days later I receive an email saying that the vendor no longer makes those lights for the price they had listed, and that if I wanted a comparable set of lights it would be another $600. Meanwhile everything else is sent as far as the covers and installation kits. I ask to send these back and they tell me that there will be a restocking charge to send them back. Stay away from this site as they mislead and when you call, there is never anyone that can answer a simple question. The person that they pan you off on never responds to any emails! A COMPLETE JOKE!

Fast Delivery. I love them 100%. Yes, 100%. They do not look cheap and actually replace the originals ones unlike others where you use tape to attach. I watched a YouTube video on installation and I had them on in less than 10 minutes. I do wish they had more red interior accessories for my 2016 Wrangler JK but I do keep going back to look at new stock.

I kept checking your website because the product kept showing temporarily out of stock. When it became available again I ordered it right away and it was delivered earlier than stated in the order. This light bar is fantastic. It came with very detailed install instructions which made it a breeze to install. It looks great from the outside and the inside. I was a little skeptical of purchasing because of the price but I'm glad I did. It looks awesome and works great. Very functional and bright.

Fast and accurate. But still find it hard to find stuff on web page if I don't know the exact proper name. For instance I am looking for the vacuum hose which is in the engine compartment and runs from the driver's side than back along the firewall then one hose goes into the passenger firewall and another line goes to the vacuum box? Behind passenger wheel. These lines are really one long line with several t's, it then goes into the cabin and goes to the dash vacuum system to control hvac/heat. Every time I type in vacuum anything it comes up with engine vacuum hoses but not Hvac. Also I am looking for one for the 1997 tj and some others may have come up which would not fit my vehicle even though my search was for 97 tj. So items brought up were irrelevant and frustrating waste of time. Please advise if you have this product as I would like to order it. Thanks

I returned a purchase, was received by Quadratec on July 21st. It was new, never opened, still in the shipping box. It's now August 28th & after a couple of follow ups to Quadratec...crickets. I have yet to see a credit on my VISA statement.

Love your products and website! It is my go to site for my Jeep.
But I wish you were a bit more transparent with the delivery info: The site said, "Order within the next 3 hours and it will ship today"
Didn't happen in my case. It took a week. First I was told by Fed Ex, then UPS. It was finally delivered by the USPS.
Again, I love your website and the top quality products you sell. But when you vehicle is down and you need a part to get it back on the road, an accurate estimated delivery date would be very much appreciated BEFORE running my credit card through.

Could not reach anyone for questions so I hope this is the right part. Turned out description of part was wrong Said semi-polished stainless steel. Turned out to be black. But it fit my Jeep and its on and drivable again. So all is good.

Tried to cancel an order right after I placed it and the order shipped 2 days after. I ordered a different color of the same product and the tracking information never arrived. Both orders were delivered today (9/4). Oracle prerunner lights have to be taken apart to to get the nut off and skip the backing washer on. There are zero instructions included in the box.

Easy shopping experience on the Quadratec site. Fast shipping. The only negative is that the intake system I ordered was missing a part (not Quadratec's error) and I had to contact the manufacturer to replace it.

More in the box than expected, it comes with filler pieces to go under the boom mat, between the ridges of the hard top, this makes it a flat surface to place the actual headliner material. Only slight gripe I have is the corners of paper for the sticky backing were peeled away, but doesn't appear to have lost it's stickiness. I haven't installed yet, but may update after I have.

So far so good. They were fast to get the order shipped but once FedEx gets it it take FOREVER to get your order. My order is sitting in my city and has been for 4 days. FedEx just keeps changing the delivery date. It says "by the end of the day" and then when your order isn't delivered they change the date. So far it's 4 days late. Still no package.

My husband and I I have purchased items with you before but the site won't recognize either of our emails. I was sent promo emails all the time ( I may have opted out due to the quantity) it seems like I have to go through facebook to create an account but when I sign on you have my garage loaded. It said free shipping but when it wouldn't recognize my email at checkout it charged me 8.99 for shipping as a guest. Make it easy to be recognized and log in please!
Very happy with the item once it arrived (within promised time frame)

Was looking for a winch and bumper combo for a customer. Made it easy to pick it out by having the deal with buying both and getting a $100 gift card in return. I did get the wrong part at first. Got side steps instead of the bumper. Called Quadratec customer service and they got the correct part out fast.

I purchased a bumper. The shipping was fairly prompt. When it arrived I sent parts of it out for powder coating, not expecting that when I went to assemble the bumper it would not fit my jeep with the factory rubicon skid plate. Trying to make it right entails me paying quadratec more money to purchase their skid plate since there was no mention anywhere that it would not fit a rubicon.
