Quadratec was great to do business with. Website very easy to navigate. Perfect fit on rear cargo mat for my Jeep. Shipping was by Pony Express but can't lay any blame on Quadratec. Two weeks to receive.

Just ordered two adjustable trackbars because the site stated "in stock".
After a couple of days... nothing.
The on site order status says: direct ship from vendor.
I chatted with the customer service were they said, "We are waiting for the vendor to ship it to the distribution centre". So it is NOT available as stated. Misleading. The customer service's reaction was "sorry for the confusion". So now I am stuck, cant cancel the order and am in real need for these items. This seems like malpractice and really bad service to me...

My package came with the part hanging out on one side and gapping holes! Oh and ZERO other parts... like the grill retainer clips necessary to hold the grill in place.
Perhaps they exited one of the giant holes.

Not packaged well at all. Two undersized pieces of foam that clearly did not hold the part in place and one measly thin, tiny bubbled piece of bubble wrap.

Not impressed!

Ordered these to replace an original set that rusted from the inside out. Use some boiled linseed oil and coat the inside of any new rock rails you purchase to keep them from doing the same. Also clean up the linseed oil while it is still wet. It is very difficult to remove once it has dried on any surface you do not want it on.

Great place to shop and good pricing. I have never been dissatisfied with Quadratec. They consistently offer a great selection of quality parts and accessories at a fair price with very fast shipping.

I wish I would have researched this company before placing an order. They are by far the worst online company I have ever dealt with (of any product). I placed an order for a soft top in mid-June and the site said it was on back order until July 2. On July 2, I was charged for the top and my status said shipped. For the next 5 weeks, I spent hours in multiple emails, chats, and phone calls. All of which were a run around of people apologizing and passing the buck to someone else. I finally cancelled my order on August 3, and have been fighting for my refund every since. From the other reviews I read, this could be a long battle. Buyer beware!

I am very pleased with my first experience with Quadratec. I hit a deer with my 2005 Wrangler TJ and needed a new grill and fender flares. The auto body shop told me the parts were on back order and it would be at least a two month wait for them to arrive. I got the part numbers from the shop and used them to search Quadratec. The parts were found instantly and were in stock. The cost for them was lower than the auto body shop supplier and only took a week to arrive. I'm looking forward to doing more business with Quadratec. They really do have everything.

Related to a separate order. I had ordered rock sliders and your site said they would ship from Rock Hard 4x4 in 10-14 days. I have received no update from you. When I called Rock Hard they said their lead time is 6-8 weeks. Your website should reflect more updated ship times.

First order came on time. Product was wrong top but i ordered incorrectly.
Placed second order and products came timely. Top is ok but still not what i want but it works for now. Antenna didnt fit, having to send it back. Havent installed hinges so too soon to tell how they will work

Usually always easy to find quality parts but windshield cowl seal does not fit as I would like it to does not fit like factory seal did sticks out on the bottom about a 1/4 of an inch so will end up looking for a different brand of seal in the future

Fit good and looked like a pretty decent quality part only thing it was about an 1/2 smaller in thickness than the stock one I pulled out. Other than that it fit good and worked just fine which is great because I couldn't get one through any of the parts stores around me! Score!

I am overall very satisfied with Quadratec's shipping and service. The problem I expirenced was shipping damage from insufficient packaging in the product manufacture box, damage by FED EX. The replacement was sent the same way. It was also not perfect when arrived but useable. Once is a error but twice is stupidity.
You all need to package shipments better.

So far, so good. You said it's in stock. I'm hoping that is actually the case.
*Update- it got here rather quickly! I was impressed. The item itself is good. Not quite as sturdy as I'd hoped. But still good.

I like Quadratec website. All information in one space. Product selection are great. Advantages are prices less then other sites and customer service. I called Customer Service. The rep I spoke with was very nice and helping me. Thank you!

Great looking doors can't wait to get them on!
Now that I have them on they look amazing real head turners some adjustments but that's part of the enjoyment hardest part was removing the factory doors Installation was very easy

Although it took a little bit longer than I expected for the order to ship, the arrival was great! The product came in pristine condition, well packaged, and the delivery guy was very helpful and helped me bring it into my garage for assembly, since it was raining outside.

Easy site and shopping. Fast ship but this bumper did not line up with factory holes. I measured my factory bumper studs and compared to these. They were 1/8" to a 1/4" off. Disappointed with the quality check on this!

Great experience, most tops out of stock, but have to blame that on COVID. Quadratec is where I go for all my jeep products. Great website/store. Haven't put the top on yet will be on tomorrow only reason for the 4 stars.

Qaidratec was super easy and sent one tracking email. Would like to get a text instead of the shipping status updates, but the email with tracking worked. Just had to go back every couple of days to find it. No biggie though, just thinking about what could be helpful as a customer upgrade for the future.

Shopping was easy as was ordering. But shipping was not. FedEx had the item a additional day from the 3 day I paid for, tracking said it was out for delivery then never received. When finally got to me box was ripped w a hole in it and a few nuts and bolts missing
