I love the prices and the customer service. I am a fan of the price point for the Quadratec products, and I enjoy having thorough instructions available before I buy a part. Also being able to read reviews and see customer pictures from their purchases is helpful.

Easy to find what I wanted and order. Delivery was fast too. Stitching on the seat covers I purchased seems to be on the lighter side. Wish they used a stronger nylon type of thread. The neoprene material seems to be sturdy.

Rather simple to install the mats and the cowl covers, but the new grill with lights came without wiring suggestions and I actually had to cut out some of the grill to accommodate space for a sensor in front of my radiator.

Love the style of my new wheels for off road Jeep, Very little appreciation for the wheels being delivered in two different colors. All boxed rims had correct part numbers, all labeled correct color.

I purchased a 4 leaf spring service kit for my "94 Jeep YJ Wrangler back in August of this year. They sent me a 6 spring kit. I called and they were to send me the correct kit. It never came. I was out of State the whole month of September and when I got back I contacted Quadratec. They to send me my, 4 spring kit, order. I received ONE 6 leaf spring kit. I called and again, they said I would be getting the correct kit. Again, I received a set of 6 leaf spring service kit. Now I'm going to have to pay to have two of the leaf springs removed. This is their job, why can't they get it right? Dang, it's so frustrating. I will find another place to waist my time or, get better service. I would not recommend Quadratec to anyone!

Great customer service and answering questions. And now Quadratec is expanding their lineup to keep your Jeep running and Bentham original. Mine is a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon (LJ) with manual transmission and it will be in the family for the next 50 years.

Easy purchase and shipped quicker than I was expecting. Product looks fine so far but I haven't permanently installed the decal on my hood just yet.
Side Note to Quadratec: use a shorter shipping tube to avoid the vinyl graphics from shifting so much. My product was very wrinkled close to the vinyl, but seems to be okay.

I got the Magne-lok cab shade. One of the four straps was missing the D ring. There were supposed to be 2 long and 2 short straps, but the package only contained 4 straps of the same length. The box came unsealed, but the contents inside were in sealed bags. The guide pins didn't really line up. You pull on one side, and it pulls the other side out.

My experience with Quadratec was a good experience. It was the carrier that I have a huge problem with. FedEx is Quadratec's carrier of choice. The delivery experience was awful and unprofessional. On two occasions FedEx intentionally left my packages in my yard instead of on my porch because I have submitted multiple claims to FedEx in the past. And before I could retrieve my packages they were stolen. It seems that FedEx set up these unlawful acts themselves. Quadratec did replace the stolen items but I hold FedEx responsible.

I think that the overall install experience was okay. It was fairly simple, but I recommend having more that just a hand crank tool, as it would make it quite a bit faster. Having a second person would also help a lot especially with positioning the bar in the last step.

Slow delivery. Parts fit and worked. The online chat for help was useless I was needing parts for a front differential the person helping me linked rear differential and was unable to answer questions. I used them for parts on my sisters jeep more than likely I won't use them again.

If it weren't for your great team helping me figure out what happened and realized it wouldn't work, the fast shipment with a replacement kit simply amazed me. Will be doing lots more business in the near future with you.

Quadratec had the products I wanted in stock after a nightmare experience with Extreme Terrain led me to cancel my order. They did the military discount in minutes and even called the next day to verify my order was me (shipped to a different name and address). I will always order from Quadratec.

I have a 2021 JL Willys Edition, this bumper did not fit. I called Quadratec 3 days in a row with each phone call ending wit a promise to either call me back or email me. 5 days in and no answer. Now all I have to show is a Jeep with no front bumper.

Delivery was on time - product is good, however, Quadratec was not very accurate with their product description and I ordered more than I needed. Description said 1 strap - it is actually 1 package of 4 straps

Items arrived earlier than promised, which is good. I was disappointed in the quality of the parts (mirrors, made in Taiwan). I knew they weren't going to be as good as the originals but still disappointed. I'd rather pay more and get a more robust product that duplicates the original.

Very informative and easy to track deliveries.Part was very satisfying regarding the delivery and fit. I like the fact that they constantly remind you of what part fits and what part needs more information to make sure your not buying something that won't fit?

When the boxes arrived they were a little bit damaged and once I unpacked noticed there was a few chips on the red painted metal. I called the company and they Offered to replace any damaged pieces even though that was a FedEx issue

The Jeep cover is perfect. Fits great and I was thrilled that it came with a storage bag because I did not realize that. We have used it and I'm so glad that I made the decision to buy it. Definitely a thumbs up!
