Quadratec product are hit or miss. Absolutely love the dead pedal. But the side steps I purchased just over a year ago are already well rusted. The power coating has failed, for this I will not purchase anything that Quadratec sells with power coating, not s scratch on my 2019 wrangler, but now has rusted side steps,
So now I must have to remove them and junk them or media blast them and finish with a quality finish..

Quadretec hitch took about 25 mins to install. Wiring took longer just because I wanted to tuck wires away only one time. The illustrations in the directions were clear and helped the user understand "where" wires needed to be routed. Wiring took a little over an hour.

Very easy to order. I got what I asked for and the product is great. Never thought it would be as good as it is especially for one person to use I'm 69 years old and it was easy on and off each time thank you.

It got here fast - after I emailed customer service. It said on the site that it would be shipped the same day but wasnt shipped for 3 days. And the item is not at all similar to what it looked like in the site. I guess I will keep it. They are all weather floor mats. Not the best first purchase expereince

I think y'all should make some adjustments on the website for the different colored seat belts. Most of the pictures are wrong. The color wasn't quite what I was looking for but it's still a great upgrade.

Great customer service. Only gave 4 stars is to ordering 4 wheels and 3 being in stock after placing order. Quadratec did a great job canceling my 4th wheel that was placed on back order when I called, but i had to source a 4th wheel locally to get quicker than the back order date. Shipping on the 3 I ordered came super fast.

Fast delivery. The product is good not perfect
Center strap is a little short must pull it with pliers.
Overall pretty good, First time a little hard to get it the front track. It would be hard to get it on quickly in a rain storm! I have not removed and tried to install since the initial install.

Quick call to confirm fit on my JT with the tires I was planning to put on them. Customer service was knowledgeable and quick to give me a thumbs up on the fit. Shipping was fast and arrived in good condition. Overall an easy purchase. Very happy with the results.

It took forever to get the product, which a rep explained what the problem was and I understood.
But then when I got it the paint was warn off to bare metal in several areas due to bad packaging!
I really would like a big discount... now I have to paint it!

I ordered a part and expected some delays but when I check online the system was down for a week. Then I call and waited long time for someone to answer after being dropped twice. Now the part I ordered was told to me that the manufacturer out of California has not shippied it yet so I said do you know when they would, the guy didn't know so I canceled the order and still waiting for my email confirming cancellation btw. Called the company from California direct and will have the product in four days. They had two on the shelf and no order from anywhere to ship it out. So quadratec is full of bull and doesn't seem to work in the customers favor.

Quadratec promised a refund on a price drop that they emailed to me 5 days after I bought this product. I called on this 2 weeks a go and followed up on this a week later. I have not received this refund, so I will have to call in again and talk to a manager. Everytime it is an hour plus wait on the phone. I have never had this much of a lack of customer service. I will try to not buy from Quadratec in the future. They simply don't care.

I ordered my parts next day extra cost delivery, your company did not ship my parts for 4 days later after I sent an email looking for my parts. I feel that I should have gotten a refund for my trouble and especially should have received "free" shipping since you never sent my shipment after I ordered it!

I initially ordered two of these differential covers because I was upgrading my ring and pinion. They were back ordered for the longest time. When they finally became available I completed my purchase. A couple days later the first cover arrived, in a Quadratec box; the second was again back ordered. When I open the first box, the original packaged box inside was damaged and taped shut. When I open the original package, the cover was also damaged. I was going to have to return the first cover.
Not knowing when the second cover would arrive, or how long the returned item would also take and already scheduled my Jeep to go into the shop, I ordered two new covers from another supplier. They arrived within two days, not damaged, although slightly more expensive.
Overall, not a great experience.

In stock and shipped very fast. Great selection. They are both great on l ordering on line and if you need live assistance. The short videos and photos are very helpful to determine if that's what I want.

Quadratec typically has items that I want for my Jeep. The biggest disadvantage to shopping with Quadratec is the shipping. If I can wait a week to receive what I need then they typically have the best deals.

Don't waste my time with these forced "experiences" I got what I ordered and it worked. Why waste my time telling the world how (fill in the word) great you are. You did your job and that is what I expected. Nothing else.

I have tried ordering parts from this company on multiple occasions and every time my order has gone on backorder and they do not provide any information on expected ship dates. My most recent experience with them resulted in me canceling an order, however, they shipped the item the next day after I reordered it from another company. Now I get to deal with the fun process of trying to return the $380 in parts I no longer need or want from them. Avoid this company at all costs.

The order arrived quickly and was mailed directly to my son's home. I had ordered it to come to me, but later changed my mind. The person I spoke with changed the shipping destination for me and said it was no problem. (He was nice about it.) I will definitely order more Quadratec items in the future!

Excellent website with good products.
Critique: If temporarily out of stock items have an expected future ship date and I purchase those items, i would expect them to ship on that expected date rather than keep receiving emails that the items are out of stock.
