This is the second Quadratec Plug-n-Play product and they have been amazing. The instructions are easy to follow and from a design standpoint, I think that have made every effort to offer a simple and effective product that does its job. It surprises how thought out the installation is with replacement clips and such for your access areas where other products just don't leaving you to find your own for those body panel clips that enivably break. I highly recommend this product! And Quadratec's other Plug-n-Play systems

Good place to find parts and accessories for your jeep
I bought a front bumper, running boards, and other items. Both motors went out in the running boards after 6-8 months and the "powder coated" (which looked like painted steel) bumper started rusting within a short period. After numerous attempts to get them warrantied I had to contact the manufacturer on both. Quadratec employees ether never followed through and even there manager wouldn't return phone calls. Keith Moore (the manager) finally sent me an email offering me $100 gift card. Worst customer service and warranty service ever.
Great products, super good service desk if you have product questions BUT that's where it ends! I bought the retractable running boards and within 6 months they both motors went out. They have a 5 year warranty so we started the process 11/11/21. Alvy C was in charge of my claim, kept saying he couldn't get a hold of them. Finally by 12/20/21 I called the manufacturer, they answered right away and said they were shipped to Quadratec a long time ago. They gave me all the tracking info and Alvy said it's on your porch you just need to look. I forwarded the tracking that said it was delivered to them. He apologized and said he would follow up. I never heard anymore so 2 days later I called the manufacturer again and by 12/24/21 I had the 1st replacement motor. I week later the left side started to go out, called the manufacturer back again and within 3 days had another one. Called Quadratec back to talk to a manager, Brad Wilson, he never called but emailed me apologizing gives me $100 credit (to go away) and says I'm having your motor shipped right out. I emailed back said I just wanted to talk about your service. NO RESPONSE! Won't buy from them again just because of their lack of follow through. Also I still have never received a motor from them.
The order was easy and shipped in a timely fashion.
