We received Jeep bumper for 2007-2018 Jeep. We ordered Q*******s#*******. $549.00
Where the hell is our winch and I would like to know how we send the bumper back. I see no return labels and we live off the grid and don't have air printer. It's 109 miles to take to the Fed Ex office in Salmon Idaho.

Have not installed everything I ordered yet, however I will say I am very impressed with the quality and how quickly I received the product. I also had a "chat" and was very impressed with the service and speed of the representative.
I will continue to buy products for my Jeep from Quadratec.

The Flow Master exhaust was delivered timely and in new shape. I've no issues with Quadratec but I do have an issue with the Flow Master exhaust. The exhaust tips are made to slide over the exhaust and tighten down with the bolt and nut provided. I cranked the bolt and nut as tight as possible, even to the point of deforming the bolt and still the tips were loose and can be slid off. These will need to be tack welded to stay in place. Pretty simplistic application, not sure how Flow Master could possible screw it up, but they did!

Got to Love Quadratec they always have what I need. This time I push the wrong button and ordered the wrong product. I am keeping the mistake to teach myself a lesson. Read the order before pushing the Check Out Button

The seat covers shipped to me were for a different model Jeep than what I ordered. Turns out the seat covers I ordered were in stock when I ordered then, but then apparently were no longer in stock. Returning and refund was easy. I selected a different (more expensive) seat cover which I received fairly quick.

Ordering experience was good, although a piece or 2 of Jeep hats and shirts that I wanted were out of stock. Ordered a Jeep hat that said it was gray, but the front was tan and the back was camp gray. Don't like the looks of the hat at all, which was a $29 hat, but keeping it because of cost to return it. Might want to update that Richardson hat description. Also, didn't realize that hat style was a tall cap. It is not a good look.

All in all a good experience. Instructions left a little to be desired but if you have even a little automotive experience you should have no issues installing this kit. A second set of hands and a floor Jack are helpful.

Would be nice if there were adapter options for converting older jeeps to use some of the newer products. For example, H13 to H4 (female) adapter to convert newer H13 headlights to a TJ.

Return shipping disclaimer should include verbiage that the consumer is responsible for packaging costs.

I ordered the top on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday. I like the sliding windows more than the zipper type than eventually come off the track. The top fit my 2003 TJ perfectly. The tinting on the windows is nice as well.

Great customer support, the couple times I have called the guys on the line were excellent, real jeep guys who were excited about what I was doing and had great advice. Never had a problem with any parts, and the prices are great.

I had trouble with my original order. It was under an account that used a no longer valid email address and I couldn't change it. I started a new account and ordered this camera. Delivery was quick. Finding power for the system was an issue and the instructions referred to non relevant radios.

Quick and easy order and shipment. That was great. Poor directions on how to plug it into your car. Only explains how to ( possibly) attach it to the front of the car and does not address the plugging it in at all. May return it.

I didn't however receive the mounting hardware that was supposed to come with the rails. I called Quadratec and was told they would ship once available. Hope that is soon!

Only issue I have is that you really have to be ready to order something to see that it's not in stock. And this is happening fairly frequently. Some kind of flag in the listing would be good. That way I know you carry the item and it will be back, just not this minute.

It took a few days for the hood to actually ship. I ended up calling and the rep and got it release to ship. As for the shipping, it came in perfect. They took really good care of it. It actually showed up on a pallet in a giant box. The hood was packaged in a different box that was in the giant box. This allowed the box not to be harmed from any other cargo. If shippers took this much care, there would be no way anything would be damaged. A big shout out to R and L and Quadratec for taking extra care. I'll keep you guys posted on how painting and install goes

I wanted to return the cargo liner but the shipping to return it was over $30 regardless of the provider I wanted to use. The high cost of returning items will keep me from ordering more items in the future. It is just too expensive to return stuff compared to other vendors.

I bought my item and within 3 days after that, I received and email about the same product on sale for $500 less. I was tempted to send it back to get the discount but shipping would been on me, so it wasn't worth it.

Unfortunately the cover I ordered will not fit my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. I even brought it to the dealer and because of the camera and lock, it won't go over the cut hole. I need to return and waiting for someone to get back to me on what i have to do and get my credit.

You have everything. Great for OEM and aftermarket alternatives.
This purchase is for JK fender clips. OEM $7+ per clip, aftermarket $2 per clip!
I have 6 on the way saving $30 bucks!

The wrong part was sent. The exhaust pipe is the wrong one it does not have the correct hanger and has a flange for 4 Bolts on the end. It isn't even the brand I ordered. How can I send it back for the right one?
