A couple of months back I got scammed through their website. Scammer bought Ang pow vouchers using my BANK card details thru them. Lost $900 in 2 minutes.
Since then I never use their services.
Just fearful of keying in any card details.

The order was placed online and the goods were classified as "ready for delivery". When nothing was delivered after a few days, qoo10 was contacted. Suddenly the argument was that it was a computer bug. Was not delivered after 14 days even though everything was paid for. It happened several times.

I would give zero star if i can. The Q&A service from Qoo10 sucks. They repeatedly avoid your question in their answers. I suspect they have a deadline to meet and just send any reply they can.

Qoo10 also impose policies on customers w/o making them known before we purchase. When queried after our checked out, their answer is because we've purchased from them we have agreed to be bound by their decision, no matter how unfair it is.

Their delivery is frequently late and sometimes very late. Ice cream and cakes arrive fully melted.

Use other eCommerce merchants - Shopee, Amazon, Lazada. While they are not perfect, they are much better than Qoo10. Shopee is also more price competitive for the same products.

Bought frozen lobsters from Omni Frozen food on Qoo10. Ask qoo10 to investigate and request refund but Qoo10 said they could only do it within 7 days after the order. That is not reasonable.

Ordered a baby playpen 2 weeks ago that was supposedly shipped but the seller claims it was returned to them from the courier. There is no way of requesting for a refund on the site for an item that was shipped but not delivered: they have instructions in Help but the interface has changed so that users don't actually have this option. Very shady business with poor customer service.

Beware of Scam
August 11, 2020

Ordered a product 3 months ago, kept saying it will arrive. Finally they changed the item to 'delivered' without even a tracking number. I had to call the call center 5 times, they kept saying they will call back. I've lost a 130$ on a product that was never received, and the customer service is useless.

Encounter this dishonest seller in this Qoo10 platform.
Description:
Contacted seller to confirm whether this product include a microphone before placing a order. Received a yes from seller.
Received product from seller after 4 days yet product not including microphone. Wasted another 2 days for Qoo10 CS to check this & that, seller also reply offering a 20% discount for us to keep the product. Very very bad marketing & poor management from this Qoo10. Definitely a NO NEXT TIME FOR Me to use this app. As you can see, I have attached few screenshots to prove & support my review.

Risky platform

Paid to order one wireless mouse from Gracious Treasures more than 7 days ago. At time of purchase, seller claimed 5 to 7 days delivery by normal post. After 7 days with no delivery, seller claims 3 to 14 days delivery and they cannot control Singpost. Both seller and Q0010 CSO push blame to me and Singpost and refuse to cancel and refund. I can consider $ thrown away with added anguish and high blood pressure from these 2 irresponsible parties.
Use Q0010 at your own risk!

I was ordering some funko pop for myself. On Saturday on 7.30 pm the delivery lady call me when they want to reach the door. They suppose to call when they are at least few hours away from the actual location. I report the parcel went missing and it is not seller fault but the qq10 service sucks I call the delivery person never pick up. Then he say he call me but I was sleeping when I am awake to answer the phone. QQ10 do not deserve to be in Singapore top list if the service is so bad. It will be the last time I order. I hope QQ10 will lost a lot of customers and client since this accident happen many times due to no advance messages to me.

Delivery

The delivery was very unprofessional, did not ring the door bell and throw my purchased item (small machine) onto the carpark patio which has a 1.8m height. Luckily, the machine is intact and working. Do not deserve even 1 star but 5 thumbs down instead.

Qoo10 does not protect its customers from unethical sellers, the resolution process is also troublesome, slow and unfair basically the seller says no to a refund/replacement and the Qoo10 idiots just echo that.

Qoo10 Singapore is a SCAMMER they just want your money, NEVER helpful in refunds when items DO NOT ARRIVE AFTER 2+ MONTHS of waiting, and they DRAG THEIR FEET and give the BEST EXCUSES in the world to AVOID GIVING YOU BACK YOUR MONEY! Trust my review, trust the other reviews as well, STAY CLEAR FROM QOO10 SINGAPORE, they are HOPELESS HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING!

Refund process

They feedback, unable to refund for the item that was shipped as the box was opened up even the item was never used. Reason since its open up they will be unable to sell it back to other users.
What kind of nonsense is this. In the first place the box was sealed with sellotape.
I will never use Qoo10 for any of the future purchased

DO not buy from Qoo10. If your purchase involves any refund, you can forget about getting the money back. They will return the money in Cart coupons, Qpoints and take a freaking forever time(like more than 3months) to actually return you anything. I am still waiting for my refund.

Qoo10 customer service dare not tell you their names. That is because they probably know they have very bad service and hide behind customer service. They gave bad advice and when things happen they will push it back to you to pay.

1. I paid $2.49 for an item but seller sent me a defective item which seller acknowledged after receiving my picture proof.
2. Instead of immediate refund for this mistake that was not buyer's fault, Seller made me go through the trouble of paying for postage to return the defective item to get refund. Seller promised to refund me postage after receipt of the item.
3. After paying $0.60 postage to return the item, seller only refunded me $0.78 and did NOT refund me the $0.60 postage until I questioned on 1 Apr. It was then refunded in Q money instead of cash which I wanted!
5. For item, seller told me to approach Qoo10 direct to question why I was only refunded $0.78 for the $2.49 DEFECTIVE item I paid. So, I contacted Qoo10 customer service hoping to get resolution.
6. In summary, I was supposed to be refunded total of $3.09 (2.49+0.60) simple as that, but after contacting Qoo10 customer service, they oddly refunded me $0.95 which made the total refund to be $2.33 (0.78+0.6+0.95). So I asked why wasn't I refunded $3.09 and the customer service just repeated that they refunded me $1.55 (0.6+0.95)! It's so frustrating to communicate with the customer service that just doesn't seem to understand what's going on!

BEWARE - don't order (coronavirus protection) surgical face mask from Ooo10. My experience - placed my order based on site illustrations and representations. Qoo10 and seller engaged in "bait and switch" and substituted an inferior face mask then upon my request for exchange Qoo10 claimed "hygiene" as reason for not exchanging mis-delivered product. Service provider conducted fraud and mis-selling. Dishonest.

The company is horrible and untrustful, super poor service and do not verify company service and goods, the sellers are from false location and the site provided untruthful information. The company will find all excuses not to refund nor promised to call but Never...? Is there a site to file the official complaint?
