If I could leave a big fat ZERO, I would.It is not unlimited data.They tell you that but, they're lying.You only find out after your data is gone then, you have to buy more.

False data advertising. After 10GB there's no data whatsoever. Started a month on the first day with 7GB of data, which is totally wrong and unacceptable cause I should've started with 0. They're going after data users' wallets.

Phone freezes all the time and half to restart. Very slow at pulling any app up. Not enough storage and data

They have the worst customer service! I bought my own phone to them and they canceled my services and have my phone locked! No one's knows what's going the Mexican rep told me to google it and try to fix it my self! I have a kid in school and I'm trying to port my number over and they said the number is canceled smh! All things free aren't good! Like worthless $#*! Q link and their reps

Reliable. Brought my own iPhone AND they were able and willing to PORT my ATT cell #! Keeping my device and number was awesome and they made the effort seamless! 4 STARS OUT OF' 5 cuz its really NOT. UNLIMITED DATA! They will slow down or even quit your data at 4GB OF USAGE...

QLink has been a great company. I've had issues with another phone and its quality was below average. I had trouble calling and receiving calls. I was sure that I would be discontinued from this great program. However, after some middling, I'm still with the program. The reception was not great but Q-Link sensed my problem and I am in the process of purchasing another phone. Thanks, Q-Link for hanging with me. You're what great companies are all about!

I'm loosing my data for the fifth time in 5 months. I log into the phone company everyday or at least once a week. Still the same end result, is it truly unlimited data since my Tubi movies are buffering for long periods at a time. I just had this same problem last month with this company.

I purchased a phone and the tablet. I receive my phone and tablet on a Thursday the phone real hot after I charged it and it continue to stay hot. On Friday I called them and told them what was going on. They was more than happy to receive it The phone back when I call back the next week when I had gotten a email telling me that they were returning my money back to me. I told them that I did not want my money. I want another phone they told me that I would have to pay for it they were sending my money back to me, I said thank you but when it came to buy another phone from them, they did not want to give me the $50 off. I never had a chance to use the first phone and I think that is wrong. Now I have is just a tablet.

Since the new year qlinks cut back my unlimited data plan to 5 mb service. Automated recordings say I have unlimited service,customer service says I have unlimited data plan but if I need more I can purchase more. Wtf? Customer service is the WORST EVER,can't understand them,rude,no help,supervisors no help,I need help to find an attorney to claim false service,fraud or whatever this is

The QLink has been very successful with connecting each of my services when in use.
I have no problem with connecting to others.

The service is fine. It's what they advertise. The phones are a big issue.
I bought a phone in December that was $500. In February, the battery exploded. Apple said the phone was so old, it never should have been sold. It was dangerous.
I was told SORRY, our hands are tied. Not even a discount to replace the faulty one. Bring your own phone if you use this carrier. They don't care who they screw

Don't know if it is the service or the phone itself but it is SLOOOOOW to respond to touch commands a lot of times. Most frustrating when trying to answer an incoming call.

The customer "care" agents can barely speak English. If you ask for a supervisor, you just get stuck on eternal hold. If you ask for a call back, you're assured that someone will contact you within 48 hours. Except they never do. Online chat is supposedly live people, but they don't seem to read any of your messages. They just send scripted responses. They actually sent me a SIM card that I didn't even ask for when I was trying to get help with something else. And if you email *******@qlink.com, you'll just get an automated response saying they received your email, and that's the last you'll hear from them. They call themselves a free service, but I beg to differ. Free yes, service NO.

Update: Suddenly on the next business day, my phone has stopped working. I do not believe for ONE SECOND that that's a coincidence. I dared to take issue with their HORRIBLE "service" and now I'm being punished. And Q Link is being reported. They SUCK.

Update: When I received the phone that I was all but FORCED to purchase, Q link couldn't help me find the SIM card slot (SHOCKING, I know). So I tried the new SIM card in my old phone (the one that Q link claimed had "crashed" and, lo and behold, it works fine. Proof that they LIED and deactivated my phone DELIBERATELY for complaining. This company is off the charts SLEAZY.

Well, Q link is a free phone plan for people that can't afford anything else. It has good service and I hope to keep on using it 😀

On the 20th of January, I received a text from QLink stating "You have UNL minutes & Unlt'd of data remaining on your monthly Plan..." Then 2 days later, I receive a text stating, "You're run out of Data for this month..." No warning at all. So for the rest of the month I went without data because I refuse to give them any of my hard-earned money. I am so frustrated with them that I have switched my service provider.

When I first signed up with their company, I was promised a tablet and after 6 months of waiting for the item, I called their customer service and asked them when I could expect to receive it. They told me it was on back-order and they could not provide an estimated time to fulfill the order. I sent them a message letting them know I was not satisfied with them and I would be looking to switch providers and surprisingly, I received my tablet within about a week. I'm sure had I not said anything I would still be without the tablet now.

Just overall very dissatisfied with the company. Not very professional in how they operate and communicate with their customers.
