This was my third time purchasing from pursevalley.cn. Item was as displayed on website. Good turn around time. Quick shipping. Pleasant shopping experience.

A couple of year ago Purse Valley had really nice reproduction hand bags and they also had very good customer service. That has changed dramatically in the last year to year and a half. We ordered quite often from them so we know. Learn from our mistake and stay away from this company.

The last Louis Vuitton purse we received was made from RUBBER. I'm serious. It was horrible. When i contacted them they offered us a site credit of $24... for a $240 purse! The Louis Vuitton purse we ordered just a couple of months before that lasted all of a WEEK! Then the hardware started failing in multiple locations. Their solution? Oh, just GLUE it together.

So, you might get lucky and get a decent reproduction. Out of the 12 hand bags we've ordered over the last 4 years I would say 8 have been great. The problem is that the 4 bad ones have all been in the last year. They are taking advantage now and shipping out really bad quality. The bigger issue is customer service. They know they are in China and that you can't touch them so they ACT like they have good service, but they really, really could care less about you and won't help you at all.

Last, their shipping rates aren't accurate. Be prepared to pay another $40 at delivery if you want your package. Their response to that? Sorry, can't help you.

Look, they had a great thing going for awhile, but that is long in the past now. Stay away. You've been warned!

I took a chance, ordered a Louis Vuitton purse. It came right away, however the handle was broken. Called company and sent pictures. They offered me $50 store credit and replacement handle and handle parts. I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for the replacement parts. When they arrived the part that was broken was not sent to me. Talked to company representative and was offered a $50 refund on my credit card and again they would send me replacement parts. Ok, ready for this if I take the $50 refund I loose the store credit that was originally given to me. I asked them to let me keep the store credit and give me another credit and they refused. I like the purse that I received, but it can't be used the way it is. I've had the purse for approx. 4 weeks just sitting on the chair. Now I will have to wait another 2+ weeks for the replacements to arrive. Purse valley does not care about their customers. Believe all of the bad reviews because they are written by actual customers. I read them but thought I'd give them a chance. Please learn from my mistake.

My reply to their offer to give a 10% discount on futher purchase to make good on faulty item: Thanks for replying. I fully expected that you would hide behind anonymity of the net and VPN. I now know to buy merchandise from the cheapest supplier. There is obviously no difference in quality. I just wasted money on what presented as a reasonable site. A 10% discount was offered on future purchases anyway so I don't see any admission of poor quality control in that. Yes the bag was over 30 days period. Yes It was second hand. BUT one could reasonably expect it to last more than a handful of outings. I live in China 3 weeks of every 8, my wife is Chinese. And I have seen the same article in shops in Changping for less than 300 Yuan. So obviously I thought yours would be a cut above that. I know you are thinking "So sad, too bad". I could expect any manufacturer's bag to last at least 20 - 30 outings - not 3 before the piping delaminated

Let the internet crucify your business

I have never ordered a purse online, let alone a fake one. I wanted to get a Louis Vuitton never ful, but think it's crazy to pay 1400$ for a purse that will get thrown around. I went out on a limb, despite reading the negative reviews. I ordered my purse and within 13 days I recieved it. I payed an extra 3$ for insurance, and signed up to get email updates for the tracking number. The minute I placed my order I called customer service to confirm. They were great! They told me that my credit card may be charged 5-7$ more due to currency exchange from U. S to China, which is completely understandable. Atleast they tell you.
I love this purse. It's great quality, it doesn't "feel" or look cheap, and it looks almost identical to the real ones. The only difference is minor changes to the inside, but who stares at the inside of a purse?
Yes, when you open the box up, initially it smells like plastic, but that's only because it's wrapped in it and shoved Ina box for shipping across seas for 2 weeks. Mine aired out in 1 day. People expect to much, but in reality, it's NOT the real thing, and your paying not even a quarter of the price. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and will definitely order from them again. If your like me, and just don't want to spend crazy amounts of money on a purse, but you still like nice things, I recommend this website. :)
