I have not yet received my purse so my review is solely based on the HORRIBLE customer service I have experienced. I have sent three emails, two SMS texts, left two voicemails, started two online chats and tried calling three times only to wait ten minutes each time and be disconnected when I was the first person in line to speak with a representative. I have not received a follow-up email, voicemail- NOTHING! I am flabbergasted at the horrible customer service. I will never order with them again.

I bought an LV speedy 30 from pursevalley and it literally looks identical to the real thing, I've had it for several months now and it's been a daily user for me, yet it shows no sign of wear.

LV's quality has declined significantly recently, so why waste $$$$$ on a "Real" one, when you can get something of the same(or probably better) quality for MUCH less?

Don't be stupid and buy a replica already, spend the money on a gift to make someone happy.

When I finally unboxed my purchase I was completely surprised as how GOOD of a replica they were! Exact mirror image of the real one and the quality is impeccable. Even the free speedy was wonderful! I was glad I found a reputable replica seller! I would highly recommend this site. You will not be disappointed!

I ordered a louis Vuitton Turenne about 2 months ago, after the customer service agents contacted me, they talked me through paying and really held my hand through the process.

They contacted me again 5 days later with the tracking code, the bag came around 2 weeks later. I had no problems with custom fees.

The bag was great and really looks like the real thing, even one month later after constant use it hasn't shown much aging. Highly recommended!

I ordered a Rolex for my husband on June 13 2017... still no watch today is September 15th... still in transit from tracking... guess I got ripped off

It's been 160 days since my original purse order and I am still getting the run around! Very disappointed! My purse arrived without its strap --no way you can use it without one. This was a as present for my daughter. So, I called them, of course it's a holiday but they did initially respond. They said the strap was damaged and didn't pass their quality control check. Well, how did my purse pass inspection & get shipped w/o a strap then? They didn't check my box for quality. Now, it's been 160 days and still no strap. Every time I call they say " it's on it's way from China". They say they will follow up and call me back and they don't. I am always calling or sending emails to find out the status. I asked them to reorder or refund my $$$, but they just ignore my request and offer me a discount on a future order. I would never order from them again, so that doesn't help. I've had to report them and am currently in a dispute to get my refund. So ridiculous when this could have been rectified if they just would of been a reputable company and made good on their mistake. Sad and bad business!
