I ordered a replica Medium sized black Chanel flap bag with gold hardware. I wanted the replica so I would not have to worry about it being stolen as I travel a great deal and live out of hotels half the time. I first tried ioffer because that site was recommended by a friend who buys replica bags. Abut all of the sellers wanted western union and that raised big red flags. Plus I couldn't find the exact bag that I wanted. I ended up using pursevalley be because they seemed the most reputable, with a great website, fantastic pictures, faq's answered, etc. after I ordered I saw all the bad experiences and was nervous waiting for my bag. Also, your credit card company may flag the transaction as it is in China, Pursevalley rang my husband to sort that out though... I got the bag I. Ten days I believe. I was shocked at the quality. The leather was supple, the markings indistinguishable. None of my friends (Chanel afficianados) have even noticed that it is a replica. It has held up in the last year very well. No rusting, scratches, etc. I want to order a red jumbo from them but reading these reviews I am concerned... If I do go with them again I will post another update. I have found them to be the most reliable though and I couldn't be more impressed with my purchase. The name changes frequently but it's aliases are Pursevalley and Luxury800.

I ORDERED A GUCCI BAG AND WHEN I RECEIVED IT WAS THE WRONG BAG SO CALLED AND THEY SAID TO RETURN USPS AND IHAVE A RECORDED MESSAGE STATING THAT THEY APPROVED (WHICH I GOT BEFORE RETURNING TO CHINA) TO PAY THE SHIPPING BECAUSE OF THE WRONG BAG BEING SENT. RETURNED AND SENT THE RECEIPT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR REFUND NOW THEY STATE THAT CHINA IS TELLING THEM THEY CAN ONLY REFUND THE AMOUNT OF THE BAG AND NOT THE SHIPPING (REALLY?) WHICH WAS $100.00!

So i bought a watch then about 2 hours later the website was blocked or when i called the customer service line they claimed problems. So i went on my phone (using my data plan so different IP ante d low and behold the website was working fine. Later after The best part about this website is that maybe 10 min after i cancelled my order my computer could miraculously access the website again. Thanks but you couldn't scam me that easily. NEVER BUY FROM HERE AND ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE INDIAN GUY. THE SAME GUY PICKED UP EACH OF EVERY CALL AND NEVER ONCED TOLD ME HIS NAME OR HIS POSITION WTF!?

I thought I would try this website; first purchase, a Louis Vuitton wallet. I sent the money as requested and the wallet arrived quickly. I opened the box and the first thing I noticed was the smell, and secondly the color of the monogram. It was close to being a copy of the LV original.
I called and spoke to someone who suggested I put perfume on my wallet and asked me to send a picture of my item so that he could send it to his manufacturer. I told him via email that I had decided to return it for a complete refund as it is offered on their site, specifically on the home page where they guarantee customer service. I was then told that I could return the item and choose something else and they would waive the shipping fee. I sent back the wallet and requested a refund. That's when I was told that they were unable to give me a refund and I should choose some other product. My thoughts were that if I was unhappy with the quality of a wallet, one of the least expensive items on their site, I surely wasn't going to order anything else, let alone spend more money!
When I called I spoke to a lady who advised me that she wasn't permitted to speak with me.
I kept getting template emails, the same ones over and over suggesting that I picked a replacement for my order.
I advised them in writing that I would tell as many people as I could that they were a scam!
Expensive lesson learned!
Tip for consumers:
I didn't even put one star as there are no returns, there is NO customer service, no value to the merchandise and not even one star for quality

I ordered multiple items almost a month ago. I got one email a few weeks ago saying there was a small delay and never got any more communication. I called them and was told my order was large so it was delayed slightly. I called again and was told there was a quality issue and it would be resolved shortly. I called again and was given the quality story again. I asked why partial items hadn't been sent since not all items could have quality issues and was told they were doing that on that date and would have a shipping number for me. That was 10 days ago. The site shows that I haven't paid yet even thought they took my money almost a month ago from my account. Today when I called I'm given the quality story again and told they should have tracking this week. When I say I'm sick of getting that same story and feel like this is fraud he says he'll contact China again and should have tracking this week. It's just the same story over and over. No contact from the company. Only the repeat answer when I call them

I received watches, Scarves, bags, and jewelry that I payed for. Took 2 weeks to be processed at the warehouse then 5 days to get here. I would order again and take a risk because all my products look real and amazing. Great stitching quality and color! Don't be afraid to call them! I made sure I called, text, and email. After reading all the bad reviews I was scared and my anxiety was acting up! Now I will always order :) By the way when I first ordered the product my credit card didn't go through so the lady left me a voicemail from purse telling me that the transaction won't go through. I have American Express so I sent American Express a text message allowing the transaction to go through. A few days later maybe 4 days exact I got a call from pursevally saying they accept my payment and a few items that I picked out is out of stock. It would take a while for it to be processed. That processed on top of the credit transaction took 3 weeks. I received my bag on the 4th week. I'm really glad I took a chance iv lost money before and this wasn't a lost I spent 500 on amazing products!

I read all those horrible reviews after I made my first (and only so far) order. I was scared about my money, I spent $360 on LV purse, Prada sunglasses, Gucci sunglasses and Bvlgary necklace. And I used a e-check for the discount. So that's what happened: I received a call that confirmed my purchase and taking money from my account. No additional charges were made since than. I received my order in about 3 weeks. Yeah, I had to patiently wait. The order appeared perfect. I'm in love with my purse, it's beautiful, I'm in love with glasses (I was really skeptical about glasses quality, but the packaging and glasses are just like the real once, the necklace maybe doesn't look that expensive, but hey, it was just $24.99. Overall, I LOVE the quality, the packaging, all the certificates - looks very real and expensive. I want to order again when I'll get a big paycheck. Lol I'm not sure why the site has so many negative reviews. Maybe they improved from the past? But I'm happy that I took chances and ordered.

Them for many years and ordered one monogram bag on the 18th of July.
I received a message on 27/7 advising a tracking number would be sent in a few days and an apology as they were moving warehouse.
I was charged approx $65.00more for the bag (not happy) than was advertised
Secondly I have still not received the bag

Looks like I have lost my $350 dollars.
I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend this seller.
Shocking as absolutely no feedback received at all. My txt messages to their support centre were undelivered.
Almost two months now.
It's a lot of money and if purse valley want to retain their customers, they better start shipping our items.

I bought a louis vuitton neverfull from pursevalley, now I have a real one but it's quite old. I ordered about 2 weeks ago and it arrived today, the replica literally looks exactly the same as the real one did when I bought it.
I've heard bad things about LVs quality recently and how it's declined, so just save yourself the money and get yourself a high quality replica.

Wish I had seen all the negative reviews about pursevalley before I made a $600 purchase. First of all, their shipping is horrible. I ordered stuff for an event coming soon and it's taking forever to ship. I try to contact customer sevice and they are either very rude (one hung up on me!) or don't reply to the couple emails I sent. They wasted no time at all getting my money. (Should have not send it through western union cos I can't get refunds now). I was decieved by Eva Knox from spot bags because of all her false reviews, no one who does not work for a company will have such high praises in all her posts. I ordered an lv evora from another well known replica company and the service was great and I recieved my bag in no time, Quality was flawless. I still havent recieved my order from purse valley and I have no idea how that will turn out as most of the real reviews I see are negative. I wrote a complaint on the facebook page and they removed it immediately, hence the mostly positive reviews. I'm very sure if they were honest, the negative reviews would bypass the positive by far. Will never purchase from this company again

OK, I had to come on here and write about my experience because I too thought I got scammed. I placed my order on 07/11/17. I paid via echeck and few days later the money was withdrawn. On 07/14/17 I got the notice everyone else is getting about warehouse moving. I started getting scared but kept my hopes up. On 7/18 I was getting anxious about my money, so I chatted with them and they assured me that everything was OK. On 08/07 I noticed the website was down and began to panic like everyone else. I came on here and noticed everyone was having similar experiences. I was so mad at myself for falling into a scam but had to chalk it up as a learning lesson! I tired calling... no answer. I tired emailing them and they bounced back. Surprisingly on 08/11 I got an email with a tracking number saying my bag was on it way. I was shocked! I clicked on the tracking and it didnt give me much info. It just said it was in transit. All weekend, i kept checking... no updates. This morning 08/14, I checked again and to my surprise the bad was out for delivery in Los Angeles! My bag was on its way to me! I literally just got it and wanted to update everyone. The bag itself meets my expectations. Smells of leather and came with everything the site promised. The packaging was horrible though. It came wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic enveloped. So the bag is a bit smashed but I think it should be ok. So have hope ladies! Im guessing they did get busted and they did have to move warehouses, but the shipments are still going out.
