Lost order, held money
February 25, 2020

They lost our order, didn't give us any answers for 6 weeks. The product we ordered was out of stock when they finally confirmed and the refused to send us a replacement of equal value. This place is a scam. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost.

Placed order Monday night (in US), received items Thursday from the UK! Crazy fast shipping. There was an issue with quantity of some items ordered and I had several back and forth emails with customer service. They responded promptly (sometimes within an hour of my email) and addressed the issue well. Awesome experience!

Not all Bad

I have now purchased 5 pairs of Jordan 1s from Pro direct and a football kit from Pro direct soccer. I have been very happy with every purchase and so much so that I have told friends about the site if they are looking for genuine Jordans at a good price. Only issue and it isn't really that a big deal for me, is that they send the trainers in their Jordan box and then just a bag. No protection of the Jordan box, which is a bit of an issue for my partner but not me.
It's not enuff of an issue for me to not want to save what I'm saving on Jordans by buying them from Pro direct

Ups and Downs
September 4, 2015

After ordering my cleats I got an email saying the order was rejected by the bank due to the address and name not matching. I just got a new card so I figured it wa my bad. I reordered my purchase with my old card name and still had the same problem. After contacting the bank I learned that the order went through and the company had taken money out for both orders but denied me and blamed it on the bank. I was pissed to say the least and emailed customer service. I had heard many bad things about costumer service but I had a reply in 24 hours and everything was cleared up with ease. I am now a happy customer as my cleats have appeared to be in transit.

So I just want to update you on the whereabouts of my package. The package arrived (thankfully) one day after the scheduled delivery date but i wasn't really fazed. The Hypervenoms came in the correct box and the correct size, and they look great! Even though I got my boots, I would not recommend this site to others because not all the items on prodirect are actually in stock. The ones that the do have are normally delivered as normal. The ones they don't have... you can fill in the rest.

Trash Delivery

I purchased some soccer cleats for my games. When I saw the cleats they were cheap I decided to buy them. After paying for the cleats I selected two day shipping on FedEx. Two days pasted and I waited for the cleats they didn't come. I checked the tracking for my order and it said arrives in in 3 more days. I got so mad after it says arrives in two days. "Fast Delivery" in Pro direct Soccer that isn't Fast Delivery it's slow delivery I bought those shoes two days before my soccer game started I had to wear my old shoes for it. Pro Direct doesn't have "Fast Delivery" it has slow delivery. I wouldn't recommend this website to anybody for buying things when they lie on the shipping.

If you have no problems the company is fine. However we had to return a pair of boots which were faulty. Exchange boots were ordered but the postage for the faulty boots was never paid back in spite of their terms and conditions saying it would be.
Another time boots were ordered by next day special delivery, they didn't turn up for 3 days. Requests for return of the extra postage paid were ignored. Customer service either don't reply to emails or tell lies on the telephone as to what is happening.
Unless you are completely sure about what you want to order then do not do it and go somewhere else.

It says expected delivery date on jan 03. I understand its new year and there might be holidays and stuff. But i have sent them email regarding my order have not even dispatched yet. Within a week now... i still haven't got any replies from anybody, and i have to pay extra for an express delivery as well.

This company is pathetic. They took my money and emailed me confirmation of delivery and nothing arrived. The link to track didn't work their communication is awful. Anyone thinking to use these folks I would advise you to find an alternate. This is exactly why large efficient corporations are crushing poor performing small companies. Fail fail fail.

Avoid at all costs
September 25, 2017

Ordered a pair of goalkeeping gloves for my son and paid extra for next day delivery. That was near two weeks ago and still not received goods. Numerous phone calls and only to be told I've got to wait another 5 days for them to investigate. Shambles of a company. No apologies nothing. Avoid at all cost

No contact at all. They just decided to split order into few deliveries and at the end I haven't received my boots. Paying extra for next day delivery is nonsense as you won't receive it.
Just as good as scam!

Worst experience ever! Don't bother ordering from this site if you want something! Said the product was in stock for immediate dispatch until I got an email saying the product was out of stock and they would not be getting any more so I had to order another pair from another site! Woeful goodwill gesture of free delivery if I order a replacement. What about the next day delivery I have already paid for?! Didn't even reply to my email, such poor customer service...

Do not order from this site! I've been waiting nearly over two months for my items and they still haven't arrived. They ignored my email for at least a week! And it takes hours to get through customers services, it's a absolute joke the staff don't give a flying F! CK! Not happy this site should be shut down

Disgusting after sales policy... actually clearly don't have an after sales policy. I wish I had looked at reviews before spending more of my hard earned cash on this shocking excuse for a 'COMPANY'. They took 3 weeks to respond to my email complaining of the quality of my sons £175 boots. Eventually told me to return them at my own expense, then 2 weeks later I receive the same faulty boots with no explanation! I have spent hundreds of pounds with Pro direct but they wont get another penny from me... shocking!

Would not refund

We have used Pro direct soccer a few times and found no problems. However we recently ordered an expensive pair of boots for my son which were a little too small, rather than sending them back immediately, we made the mistake of ordering another pair a size larger which we then kept and returned the smaller boots. Pro-direct said they has been worn and would not give a refund. My son tried them on in the house for a few minutes and that was it, so we feel they took advantage of the fact they we had parted with two lots of money, had we sent back the smaller pair first and they didn't refund we would not have ordered more from them. Our advice is avoid Pro direct soccer and order direct form the manufacturers website.

Awful customer service
November 20, 2015

I ordered a sweatshirt from here and they emailed me saying that my card was declined but they've taken a 'reservation' amount of money out of my bank account, tried to correct this by ringing customer services to see what went wrong (as they requested) to just be laughed at by the person on the end of the phone, he didn't take me seriously and sat giggling in the other end of the phone rather than actually listening to what my issue was? And to top it off I'm now having to wait for my 'reservation' money to be refunded back into my account. Id say just don't bother!

IS IT A SCAM

I have used pro direct a few times over the last couple of years and always received my goods eventually ( better late than never) however my question is " how many customers have sent faulty items back and they can never find you're item until you provide proof of posting, you always have to ring them to see what's happening. How many customers have lost out to this SCAM?

Absolute joke

Terrible customer service, over two weeks now and still waiting for my delivery, non existent help from the live chat and been told basically is what it is and will take over two weeks for a short with one number printed on it (which is a 1), and also offered me a next day delivery option which is extra and still no delivery, I could have gone to a sports shop. Picked one and had a number whilst I waited. Do not waste your money or time on a company that can't seem to even sort a small delivery and worse still, have awful customer service who stated and I quote, ‘if you don't want any help after I've told you I am ending this chat' after actually not receiving any help, would rate zero if possible

I returned my grandsons boots as they were too small, the company refused to exchange them for a bigger size. Their reason being, they found small quantities of dirt on the sole, which happened when he tried them on outside for 2 mins. At most. Judging by the other reviews they seem to find any excuse not to refund a purchase. I have given them only one star as the boots did arrive promptly.
