Pro:Direct Soccer

Tried to buy a pair of boots from here. They rejected the first try and on the second failed to say anything at all. When contacted they gave little help. Went to the manufacturers site and much better.

Ordered a Man City shirt for my son on a Monday with next day delivery, so he could wear it to a home game. Was away with work for a week and came back Saturday morning to find it still hadn't arrived. They had e-mailed on Friday night to say it was a payment error or some other kind of technical glitch. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ordered a pair of £80 football boots paid extra for Express delivery my daughter played two matches and they have a hole in the top of the netting by the laces... clearly not fit for purpose. However after sending photos and order numbers etc this company now want me to send them back so they can nspect them...? We have had them less than a month. They are clearly NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and leaving my daughter without boots... I've asked for replacement boots to be sent or a refund and they are refusing both asking me to pay for another pair...! I have asked for a manager and now it's all gone quiet ill report to trading standards should I have no contact soon... should not have to leave a review to get customer services to act...!

I have sent over 20 emails to this company! They sent the product which I had cancelled by mistake and wanted me to ship it back to them while I was OUTSIDE THE UK. As it was a mistake on their behalf, the company should return the shipping cost also, they didn't return a single quid. I did a first class delivery which cost 16 pounds! I emailed them more than 5 times about this and never had a single respond so now I am taking it to another level. I have consulted with my lawyer about this and am considering to file a lawsuit against this company if they are not going to do anything about it. I have wasted 16 pounds for no reason!

I ordered soccer boots on 24 November for a Christmas present. They arrived in Australia on 9 December but as Prodirect had addressed the package incorrectly, I dod not manage to track them down until 4 January - too late for Christmas. As such I sent the boots back... that was 6 weeks ago and Prodirect are claiming that they have not received them. The boots + postage cost $100, I spent at least $30 talking long dostance to a customer service department that seem to go out of they way to be unhelpful and then a further $40 returning the boots. I would never use this company again, they are useless, unhelpful and currently owe be money.

This used to be a decent company who I have used for a number of years. Lately though nothing seems to arrive on time, they don't answer their phones and they don't reply to emails. A couple of weeks ago I returned some expensive football boots as they were too small, now they are saying they don't have them but aren't being helpful at all - ie. No response to emails etc.
So if everything goes well then ProDirect are probably still ok to use, but good luck if you have a problem.

Ordered football boots for my son with premium delivery, a week later no boots showing up even after an email to ask what had happened, no reply to email, called them said they would send out and refund shipping, nearly a week later no boots and no refund for shipping, called again same thing... they don't know what's happened... I have asked for a refund, but I have a horrible feeling they are in trouble and we will never see the boots or the £70 again. Avoid please!

I shop from New Zealand and have nothing but praise for the communications, service, delivery time and value for money I get with ProDirectSoccer. I do note that some dodgy coupon sites have lookalike links with copies of the site, so be aware there are scammers out there, but if you type in the UK site name rather than using links you can't really go wrong. I have saved literally hundreds of dollars shopping through them for myself and my son who is a rep goalkeeper.

I ordered a pair of junior goalkeeper gloves but when they arrived they were not as described on their website. I returned for a refund and asked for my return postage to be refunded as I would not have ordered the item if it had been described correctly. It took them 11 days to reply to my email asking for the return postage and they claimed that they had refunded the postage at the same time as the gloves. But they had not. I replied back and asked for the transaction number so that I could query with my credit card company, however, this was two weeks ago and they still have not replied to my email and have not refunded the postage as they said that they had done. Totally appalling customer service.

I just bought a pair of boots, adidas ace 15.1 SG, and the delivery was perfect within 6 days, i ordered then in tuesday, i got them monday!
The boots are the real ones, just compared with others out of the store.
If I need new boots again, I would use ProdirectSoccer!

Can't say a bad word about them!
