So I just want to update you on the whereabouts of my package. The package arrived (thankfully) one day after the scheduled delivery date but i wasn't really fazed. The Hypervenoms came in the correct box and the correct size, and they look great! Even though I got my boots, I would not recommend this site to others because not all the items on prodirect are actually in stock. The ones that the do have are normally delivered as normal. The ones they don't have... you can fill in the rest.

Still waiting for refund on order they couldn't fulfil from January 2022. Promised refund within 5 days on March 14th. No replies from customer service since bring their attention to the lack of refund. Atrocious customer service. Strongly advise you to purchase elsewhere. They claim things are in stock and take your money but then let you know it's not in stock! Order no *******

Bad service

I just ordered a pair of cleats and the first time it denied my card so I tried it like 3 more times. And today I got all three cleats and it said my card was denied all three times. Does anybody know how to return on this website?

I tried to order over $2000 of product from their web site and the order was never filled. I received a letter a day later about possible fraud in my area, so they asked for all sorts of verifications, copies of my credit card and drivers license and other nonsense. I immediately sent these things and didn't hear from them for another day. Then they sent another letter saying that they didn't receive these things, so I sent them again. Then they sent another letter asking for verifications. They are painfully slow to respond so I cancelled the order and placed it with World Soccer and Soccer.Com.

As a UK customer I'd just like to say that I had absolutely no issues with this website. I ordered a pair of Nike Maestri III football boots with next day delivery. I was told via the website and delivery company's website where my boots were all the way from the warehouse to my house, they arrived the next day. I just wonder whether all the bad reviews have come from people in other countries, so I'd like to assure the people using this site from the UK. You have nothing to worry about. For non-UK countries, I can't really comment. Andy/24/Wigan.

It is an illegal service, please avoid it at all costs. Do not give them your business!

I placed an order which was displayed IN STOCK, to be delivered in 2-3 business days. However, after processing this order and giving payment and delivery details it said that the item was currently OUT OF STOCK. I therefore cancelled the order. However, 1 MONTH LATER I was charged and received this order without my permission. This was a new transaction that happened without my authorisation and against their own terms and conditions. It is unfair commercial practice and prohibited by UK law under The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (2008).

Customer support do not care that they are breaking the law and do not take responsibility for their illegal transactions. They could not even confirm that the item could be returned and fully refunded including delivery charges.

I order some stuff on the 8th of December from oversea, I supposed to receive the order before Christmas.
Guess what 2nd of January 2020 and nothing, after I sent a couple of email I got an answer that they don't have stock and they can refund me the money or I have to wait.
They should told me before or give me another option, now that Christmas pass they offer a refund.
What a lack of communication and not only that I just call (I paid for international call) and the answer was the same.
Be careful before you buy from this company, rather buy locally and pay a bit more than having this surprises.
I would update my feedback according with their answer.

I ordered a $140 pair of pantafola cleats and when they came in they were almost two sizes bigger than my Nike cleats. I wore them outside one time to see if I was able to adapt with the fit and I could not, I sent them in for an exchange of a size smaller and they replied that they would NOT exchange used pairs of cleats even though they were in perfect condition. Bogus Site.

They just seem a completely inept company...

It took my about 20minutes to purchase a pair or trainers. The 1st pair i wanted, showed the size I needed in stock, right up until I went to order and then I got an error message saying tjere was an error and to see the below reason... there was nothing written below.

Assuming it was a site error and the pair were sold out, I chose another pair and went through to order. Selected next day delivery for £5.95.

Upon receiving my delivery notification, apparently they debited £6.95 for 'express delivery' and the trainers wont arrive until Tuesday!? How is next day delivery less expensive than the so called 'express delivery' and why did the site default to this without notifying me first!?

So far, really unhappy with how this order has gone. I anxiously await the delivery now...

I made an order for a different delivery address from my billing address, as it's supposed to be a present for my brother who lives on opposite sides of the country. They shipped it to my billing address instead, when I requested to change (before the order shipped) they refused and when I asked to cancel the order (also before it shipped) they didn't cancel and instead shipped it to the wrong address. Don't buy from them. Worst website and costumer service ever. I have never had problems like this anywhere else and never even had to write a review about it.

Scamming people

They charge your credit card and they send you an email saying that bank return the payment because billing and shipping address is the same.
And they keep your money and they are telling you you can get your money back in 10 days. That's scamming people. When I talk to the bank, bank said everything went well your shipping and billing addresses are the same..

I orders 2 paid of Nike football boots at just under £400, paid for a Saturday delivery, Saturday comes (surprise surprise no boots and nobody on the phones to talk to)
Call Monday to be told that there was an IT error and the boots have been sent with royal mail, royal mail website says delivered but what do you know, they haven't AND to top it off they didn't even send it out requiring a signature. So now having to wait at least 10 days for an investigation and having to spend another £400 with Nike so I can play football. Its ridiculous

This company is very poorly run and you may lose your money (and your temper!) doing business with them. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order with pro direct soccer! I only started to read the reviews after I they had already screwed up my order. On their website, it states that overnight delivery orders must be placed before 1pm Pacific Standard Time. I placed my order on Thursday at 9am PST and paid for overnight delivery as I absolutely needed it by Friday. Needless to say, this did not happen, and my order which is a birthday gift is now weeks late. I emailed their customer service and who knows if I will ever receive a response.

Beware- If you are a US customer, there is no US customer service number so you either have to pay for an overseas call to the UK or suck it up and realize that you have made a poor decision if you have ordered from prodirect soccer.

I ordered 14 team shirts from ProDirect. Firstly, the good news - the shirts arrived in reasonable time, and were fine.
The not good news is that Pro Direct charged me twice for this order. I saw this (Pro Direct did not) and so emailed Pro Direct to report this to them. It then took over a month to get a refund of the over payment. In that time I had to write endless emails asking Pro Direct where was my refund was. The customer services at Pro Direct were terrible. They did nothing -except the usual bland "sorry for any inconvenience" statement. I received emails - each one from a different Pro Direct customer support person, and each one telling me something completely different. They had no idea what they were doing -or how to fix the problem.
People and businesses make mistakes - I am ok with that, but how they handle mistakes and customer care tells you alot about a company. The customer care of this company is very, very poor. I will not use them again.

Before I purchased a pair of mens football boots I was not sure of size. I called prodirect before my order to check if size is wrong I can return. After recieving my order the size was half size too small when I tried them on. I returned to prodirect (all in original packaging within the time limit) for half size up and they refused to exchange! Their reason was that I had worn them. How else am I able to check if they fit?! They refused exchange or refund, that's £140 down the drain. You are better off buying direct from manufactures website e. G Nike or Adidas. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from these cowboys

I have tried to return my unworn, new cleats twice now. They are refusing refund due to a damaged box. The box was damaged when I received it and I simply taped it shut when I sent them back. I have now had to spend nearly $40 sending these back to them twice because they sent them back to me after I returned them.
I have now had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Terrible service
July 24, 2018

Im now on to day 21 waiting for my delivery to even be despatched. I got an email 13 days saying it was being sorted. I phoned 10 days ago and today. Both times I was told theyd be despatched in the next 48hours and Id be refunded my delivery charge. Which hasnt happened. I strongly advise looking else where.

Yesterday I received the Mercurialx Finale indoors black/navy/pink the comfort is amazingly great the have nice feel as well as a fitting size. They delivered the right boot and size, I'm very happy with this order. I recommend going to prodirect also even if ur not in the UK still get them they send the boots out to various countries also I'm an Aussie and they came in 9 days which was great. Can't wait to play for William Clarke College futsal Comp in these... Very nice
