First time customer: placed my order ******* on 24/11. Specifically requested click and collect to a local store.
Item was due for collection on 28/11 but got a message on 27/11 to say delivery would be changed to my home address for 29/11. No explanation as to why PDS changed the delivery without my consent.
On Monday 29th November I was waiting at home and at 12.05 I got a text to say PDS delivery driver was on way and would deliver by 12.32.
Less than one minute later, got another text from PDS saying "Sorry we missed you. We will try again tomorrow"?
I contacted PDS as bearing in mind the close timing of the delivery texts and the fact I was at home, it was suspicious that the driver had just not bothered to attend my address.
I was told my complaint would be passed to ‘Transit team' and that I would be contacted direct. But I have not been contacted, even as an acknowledgment, and I have had no further texts about my parcel despite waiting in daily to take receipt of it. Delivery was not even reattempted as promised the following day.
It is meant to be a birthday gift that my son chose and he has been so sad waiting day after day. I specifically requested click and collect to avoid any issues and still this has ended up in a mess.
The communication from this company has been abysmal and the fact PDS charge significant delivery fees and then literally don't deliver, is wrong.
There is no way to speak to anyone directly as phone lines are indefinitely closed due to the convenient catch-all of COVID. The only way to contact them is via email which is slow and frustrating as agent after agent fobs me off.
Disgusted. I am only writing here as a last resort to get a speedy resolve. If you are from PDS reading this, please have a thought for how you treat customers.

Prodirectsoccer is by far the worse service I have ever use.
First, I was charged twice. Then when the boot finally sent, they put the wrong address and sent it to Germany instead of Vietnam. Ok, so mistake can happen but how do they recover it make good or bad company.
When they got the boot back from Germany to resend it to me, they were so stingy that they use standard shipping when I paid extra for express shipping which then I can track it with details (while they could use another company for express shipping).
Now I have to wait for at least another month (after already 2 weeks of their mistake sending to Germany) for my boot to arrive.
I demand my refund back they would not accept it (unless I wait for another month for boot to arrive and send it back for another month which is total at least 2 more month! While they could easily ask the courier service to cancel the shipping).
Moreover, everytime I spoke with customer service officer (they phone fee alone is 1/3 the amount of boot), they give different information with very bad attitude.
Order number: ******* for a pair of hypervenom phantom.
So my tips for everyone: DO NOT BUY FROM PRODIRECT, JUST BUY STRAIGHT FROM NIKE OR ADDIDAS STORE! THE DISCOUNT IS NOT WORTH IT!

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe Adidas del valore di 260€, dopo 10 giorni (7 allenamenti) il calzino elastico della scarpa si è rotto! Alla richiesta di un risarcimento, pro direct ha risposto negativamente perché la rottura era dovuto ad uno scontro di gioco!... dopo 10 giorni? Mai più mai poi!
Ho comprato diverse scarpe e accessori su questo sito, dati i prezzi concorrenziali. Ahimè ho scoperto l'inghippo, il servizio clienti è inesistente, mi è stato venduto un paio di scarpe da calcio chiaramente difettose (aperte in punta dopo 1h di utilizzo), richiedo assistenza, mi rispondono che siccome le scarpe da me prese erano nel frattempo andate "out of stock" mi potevano fare un eventuale reso, peccato che le stesse scarpe (uguali e misura identica) fosse nel frattempo in vendita ancora tranquillamente sul loro sito. Gli ho fatto notare la cosa, mi rispondono che mi avrebbero chiamato l'indomani. Dopo 10 giorni non ho ancora avuto notizie. Lasciate perdere gli acquisti da questo sito, perché sono al limite della truffa, vendono ma non danno assistenza per eventuali problematiche. Vedrò se aprire un reclamo con chi di dovere.

Cela fait 8 jours que je demande un retour pour échange et rien n'a été encore fait... alors que j'ai renvoyé les chaussures le lendemain...

Pro-direct op prijs en assortiment geselecteerd. De uitgekozen keepershandschoenen laten personaliseren.
Bij ontvangst bleek de afgedrukte naam er beschadigd op te zitten en bleken de handschoenen geen fingersave te hebben, wat wel in de webshop genoemd stond.
Handschoenen netjes ingepakt en retour gezonden met ingevuld retourformulier. De retourzending bleek uit de track&trace historie geweigerd te zijn bij de deur en is daarna terug gekomen. Zeer slechte afhandeling!
Compré unas camisetas para mi equipo (más de 40) el 18 de diciembre, las tenían que enviar a España. Resulta que las enviaron por tallas con distintos mensajeros y las de la talla L y XL no me llegaron y se devolvieron a UK, a pesar de que insistí en que no las devolvieran y que yo iría a buscarlas donde hiciera falta, desde entonces las estoy reclamando y aunque han reconocido su error, han tardado más de un mes en enviarlas, cuando lo han hecho resulta que como consecuencia del Brexit y de su falta de profesionalidad el pedido está parado en Aduanas y me piden que formalice un montón de trámites de importación y que abone una serie de importes a pesar de que el producto ya estaba en España y por su negligencia se lo volvieron a llevar, entiendo que deberían hacerse cargo de los trámites e importes que han generado por su mala gestión, incluso deberían indemnizarme ya que tengo más de medio equipo sin camisetas, pero de momento nada...
