Fantastic service

I spoke to a man called James I must say the service was fantastic he was very helpful and even gave me free express delivery as my previous order was on back order also was very calm and nice and kind and helped me out in every aspect even went out of his way to call me back to confirm I will receive my order the following working day.
VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Just the oddest most dreadful service. Bought 2 pairs of trainers. Bank card was debited only to be told immediately they had neither pair in stock. Was petrified Id been had. Wasted a good couple of hours trying to work out if they were legit. Everything was smelling terrible by this point. I genuinely thought I was the victim of fraud. Various mucking about later, they somehow uncovered one of the pairs and sent me them. They did turn up to be fair. They've still got the balance of the order though and the funds haven't been returned to me as available balance. So they've basically nicked my money for a week. No idea where I stand. Giving it a couple of days before I speak to my bank. Inbetween times Ive had a load of rubbish pre scripted email responses from about 20 'different' customer service people. None of it is credible. If you want to call up and tear into them its a premium number, so that aint happening. The trust pilot reviews I am convinced are fake. For the sake of your sanity, avoid.

I had no problems at all. Good service and relatively quick delivery. Package was slighly damaged but it was probably courires fault. Overall i'm happy with them and their product.

There are better options out there: stay away from this store.
On Christmas day I discovered they had shipped me the wrong item and contacted them immediately. No response to the first e-mail.
I sent another one a few days later and they offered to replace the wrong item, but I had to pay for the shipping cost for the return. Since it was their mistake, I refused and they offered a pre-paid shipping label.
In mid January, I received an e-mail that my return/exchange was processed and the replacement item had been dispatched to me.
At the beginning of February, I had not received anything, so I contacted them again. Their response was that the item they sent as a replacement was currently out-of-stock (if they sent it, how can it be out-of-stock!?#).
Tired of dealing with them, I requested to cancel the order and be done.
Timidly, they offered to replace the original item with a comparable one. Fine with me, but then of course it could not be that easy! I had to place a new order for the similar item, and then they will discount it by 10% and, after shipment, cancel the original order. I can already image what else could have happened if I kept following their story. Forty days later, I still don't have the item I ordered, and exhausted I decided to cancel the original order and go shop somewhere else.
Avoid the hassle and start from my conclusion: go shopping somewhere else.

After waiting 12 days and not having my order dispatched, I asked for it to be cancelled. It had not been dispatched yet but was charged immediately contrary to their terms. I was charged 191.25 and refunded 113.89. Ie: GET TREATED LIKE RUBBISH AND PAY FOR IT. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

So... last week. I found a pair of shoes I really liked. Pro direct had the best price with shipping. So I ordered. After ordering I then see the reviews, I know, most people read them first, just the way it happened. I was like crap, I'm never gonna get what I ordered or its gonna be something else, even contemplated trying to cancel... bit decided to ride it out. So imagine my surprise when I get the email the next day that my Adidas had shipped, next thought that comes across my mind, either gonna be the wrong pair or wrong size( again, this was what I was expecting because of reviews)... so I wait. Today, as stated, my shoes were delivered... i open tje box. Its the exact shoe and size I ordered. I was ecstatic... but... just my luck. Even though right size I ordered. Style was too small. So, i decided to give them to my son. I was going to send them back and try and get them replaced, but usually that's a hassle, and unfortunately they didnt have them in my size now. So my son has a nice paid of Adidas Predators 20.4... and I had to order them from else where and it cost me more money... im glad I gave Pro Direct an accidental chance... guess I was a lucky one or the reviews were blown out of proportion... but NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME.

Don't order of these people if you need a refund, avoid at costs. They refused a refund because of a slight mark on the tip of the stud where they had been tried on in the house.

Bought some football boots and had them personalised. Paid for next day delivery. When i got confimation e-mail it said boots could take 7-14 days becouse of being personalised. There is no mention of this beforehand and they are still charging for express delivery. I have waited a week now and still no sighn of boots.do not use these conmen this is what i paid for bad service. This company is a fraud. You should not order from them. Our son ordered a pair of soccer cleats last night, and ProDirect first sent an e-mail confirmation saying the order had been completed and provided an order number. As we all know, orders never receive an order # unless all of the credit card information is correct. Additionally, our bank account instantly showed the transaction as a withdrawal against the account. A few minutes later, we received an e-mail from ProDirect saying "Unfortunately the card used for this order was declined by the issuer... We are unable to process your order." I called our bank last night and again this morning and indeed the bank approved the transaction and said there was nothing wrong with the transaction on their end. We have now shut down that card to prevent further fraud on the card and have opened a dispute with the bank. We also plan to alert the Better Business Bureau and Google about this fraudulent company so that Google can prevent them from advertising and the BBB can conduct their own investigation.

After placing an order for a pair of Nike MercurialX ProximoTF on Thanksgiving Eve, next day they canceled my order for apparently being out of stock. They can't keep track of inventory and often times they'll cancel your orders once they realize they either don't have it/selling it for a much lower price. This wasn't my first bad experience with them as I've had bad ones before as well, but this one was the worst.

POORLY MANAGED. I DON'T SUGGEST YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I bought a pair of nike mercurial vapors for 300 euros and I wore them three times and the two back studs on the cleats broke in half and I sent them back because there's no way I paid 300 euros for boots that break in three trainings and they sent them back saying the clam is invalid just horrible I am furious I am youth pro Fútbol player and I need these cleats because I train everyday and this company is now causing problems and they won't even send me another pair of boots this is disgraceful

Service failure

Hi there
This wld probably be the last time i am sending a message to you guys. I placed an order for a pair of Pantofola soccer boots online on 19 Aug 2018 Sunday and got an email from Pro Direct that the item had been despatched. However, I have not had any response from Pro Direct despite sending several emails and calling your customer service hotline multiple times regarding the whereabouts of my goods. Worst of all, I have not received my goods till date, not even a tracking number. All the website has been showing since 19 Aug was that "Carriage to be confirmed". It was indeed appalling that a big company like yours have such poor or zero response despite your good effort in marketing sports porducts online. It is very costly to call UK from Singapore and I was put on hold for nearly 15min every time I called and no one bothered to pick up the phone. It has never been like this several years ago when I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and it arrived promptly without having to chase PDS for it.
I am very disappointed and sorry to say that if I don't hear from you guys within the next 24hrs, I wld proceed to lodge complaint to the Ombudsman association.
Thank you to treat this complaint seriously from a returning customer who valued your good service and wld expect consistency in your service level.
