Ordered a pair of £80 football boots paid extra for Express delivery my daughter played two matches and they have a hole in the top of the netting by the laces... clearly not fit for purpose. However after sending photos and order numbers etc this company now want me to send them back so they can nspect them...? We have had them less than a month. They are clearly NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and leaving my daughter without boots... I've asked for replacement boots to be sent or a refund and they are refusing both asking me to pay for another pair...! I have asked for a manager and now it's all gone quiet ill report to trading standards should I have no contact soon... should not have to leave a review to get customer services to act...!
