After ordering my cleats I got an email saying the order was rejected by the bank due to the address and name not matching. I just got a new card so I figured it wa my bad. I reordered my purchase with my old card name and still had the same problem. After contacting the bank I learned that the order went through and the company had taken money out for both orders but denied me and blamed it on the bank. I was pissed to say the least and emailed customer service. I had heard many bad things about costumer service but I had a reply in 24 hours and everything was cleared up with ease. I am now a happy customer as my cleats have appeared to be in transit.
