I felt it necessary to inform you of how my order arrived. First it took a very long time. It was ordered on October 13 and it was received in November 10. I called the customer service phone number for a status update and was informed it was delayed due to the hurricane. Which I am extremely sympathetic to, however it should be on your website stating such information. Once the print was received it had scratches on it and two areas were bent. It seems as though perhaps someone dropped it. I'm very upset as this was a gift and I had to tell them their gift would be late. Unfortunately I'm unable ti gift this due to the damage. I've always been happy with my purchases but I'm very disappointed this time.
Arrived before it was supposed to, and the quality is great.
The picture books were perfect. I ordered the 3x3 books for the little hands of my 18 month granddaughter. The pages lay flat so she can look at the whole photo.

It was difficult to choose photos on certain pages- I wish I was able to preview the book in the order they were to be printed- there was also one duplicate, but in all, the book looked fine. Thank you
Service was great. Product not the same as an aluminum photo print from a seriously
High end photo shop. 1 print was way too dark, the aluminum is much thinner and they don't have the same depth. But they were cheap with Groupon and can serve a purpose.

Second year ordering custom calendars of our pets for my wife. They always come out looking wonderful. On my most recent order, the photos in my calander were printed upside down. Not a big deal as customer service was easy to work with and swiftly replaced my order! I'll be using printer pix again next year!
