I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
I totally agree with all of this... it took almost 10 weeks to get a terrible quality canvas for my mom
This company took my money for 5 calendars and sent one. Can't get a refund. Stay away!

I went through Groupon as well, when I'd made my purchase. After all the horrible stuff I went through with this company, Groupon basically told me it was my problem and that because I'd used the voucher, I could not get it refunded. This was even though I'd had all the problems with the company that were still unresolved. I do notice though, that even when I'd informed Groupon about PrinterPix and all the negative reviews, they still continued to offer vouchers for that company. I guess the money in their pocket is worth more than making sure their customers are taken care of.
We are actually discontinuing our 8.5 x 11, so please pick ANY photo book you would like and we will make sure to honor the value of your Groupon. Just give us an email at contactus@printerpix.com and put the photo book you would like in your cart. Tell them Jeremy sent you and we will get it handled. Sorry for the disappointing news.

I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
