Shortly after my wife's mothers 90th birthday celebration o\the professional photographer sent a digital folder to us. I choose Printerpix to prints a rush order that would be a collection of the family and placed three orders over $300 with the expectation the prints would closely match my uploads and their preview picture. That was far from what I received. All of the prints lacked color and vibrancy. I attempted to get a refund and even mailed the prints back in the original package.UPS contacted me and said the package was returned because the address was vacant. They responded that my dark uploads was the cause of the dark prints. No refund!
40 days from ordering with RUSH fee paid, still no idea where my order is. Customer service is abysmal. I cannot get resolution in any form, email, chat, phone, or the so called customer service agent Joey that replies on Trustpilot. At least 15/40 calendars I did receive were defective. (Still waiting on the final 10 ordered). I am unable to fulfill orders placed for a small animal rescue fundraiser or even give people an estimate of when they might get their orders. This has greatly impacted our fundraising during the only time we have to sell calendars, as now it is January and the window of opportunity is gone. We are now 35 calendars less sold than past years because I do not have them in hand. Plus more that are ordered that I cannot fill. That was a lot of money that would have helped with our extensive vet bills. I have personally put so much time and effort into trying to communicate with this company, at the expense of my own sleep and health, and time spent with my family at the holidays because I am trying to deal with Printerpix. HOURS spent waiting on the phone, on chat, composing emails...
I am furious with this company, their lack of regard for customers, the poor quality of product, no restitution or offer to reprint the defective calendars despite being reassured by a chat agent over a month ago that it is 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Time to involve the BBB and see if I can get any help that way. I'm not confident, as Printerpix has 140 complaints and counting...
Do not buy from this company. Zero customer service. I paid a lot for a premium quality photobook, not only was it not premium quality, the first 30 pages of my book were someone else's photos! Have tried contacting them but no reply. I posted a review on another site, which they have posted on, yet still no correspondence regarding my actual order. My advice, steer well clear!
Printerpix always has done a superb job for me: photo books, mouse pads, picture books, canvas pics, cards!

Ended up being way more expensive with $12 minimum cost shipping. However, excellent customer service when there was an issue with my calendar they did a replacement order at no cost and shipped it back out right away.

Everything was great except the shipping tracking. It said they were working on my order the entire time until a day or two until it actually arrived. I paid for rush shipping and it arrived a day after expected (which is fine) but for it to still say they were working on it that far into the process stressed me out.
For some odd reason, Printerpix added 4 blank pages to both the front and back of the book. The quality was otherwise good, but I would have preferred not having these extra pages. Your customer service would only say that is the company's policy. However, I've ordered previously and never had this happen.
Awesome; ordered photo books as gifts for siblings; absolutely LOVE them! Will order even bigger ones the next time. Framed old newspaper clippings of our parents' accomplishments from decades ago; these photo books are going to be cherished forever!
It took 4 weeks for my photos to be delivered. I finally reached out after 3 weeks. It took another several days to get my shipping details at which point, my photos were delivered quickly. I don't like the lack of communication from the company or their lag in production time. But the product is quality. So if you're not in a hurry, it's not a bad deal.
The entire process was effortless and enjoyable. The quality of the canvas was amazing and shipping only took a couple of weeks. I've already ordered another! Thank you!
Great product and clear quality pictures for my photo book! Delivery was delayed a few weeks though, however the company was responsive and communicative when I reached out for updates/concerns about delivery
I have used PrinterPix at least ten times to have pictures of my seven dogs enlarged and each time I received a beautiful photo back finished so it could be hung up immediately without the additional cost of a frame. I'm very happy with PrinterPix's work.

High end photo shop. 1 print was way too dark, the aluminum is much thinner and they don't have the same depth. But they were cheap with Groupon and can serve a purpose.
Second year ordering custom calendars of our pets for my wife. They always come out looking wonderful. On my most recent order, the photos in my calander were printed upside down. Not a big deal as customer service was easy to work with and swiftly replaced my order! I'll be using printer pix again next year!
The website was easy to create what I wanted, it was easy to order, and I received the order quicker than I expected. Would definitely use this site again.
It was difficult to choose photos on certain pages- I wish I was able to preview the book in the order they were to be printed- there was also one duplicate, but in all, the book looked fine. Thank you
Very user friendly site. I like the quality of the fleece blankets. The pictures that I sent of our pets were copied to perfection. Each blanket shows the personality of the dogs. I have recommended your company to several friends. Thank you!
Showed up way sooner then expected! Only downside is it's not super sharp and defined. I payed for the extra definition or whatever it's called and I'm scared to think what it would've looked like without it.

Overall, the experience was good. Great pricing. Pictures book looks nice. Picture color is not as vibrant as in other books I've had done elsewhere, but the cost is affordable. On my next book, I will ask for help uploading the pictures. For some reason, they came in out of date order and I spent 12 hours fixing that.
My order got lost in the mail and PrinterPix jumped to the rescue and reprinted our order and sent it off to us! We are so grateful as it was a fairly large order and we baby pics of my new daughter for Christmas presents! Thanks you PrinterPix!
