I am very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the calendars! The printing is sharp and the paper stock is great! I had read so many bad reviews AFTER I had sent the order, but I am very very happy!

This was a reorder due to 2 metal pictures came damaged. (No fault of PrinterPix; Fed Ex did not follow the big red stickers that stated: "Do Not Bend". Customer service was awesome and placed a reorder no questions asked. Great service! Will definitely order again.
1. Filling my simple order took much too long.
2. All photos were cropped to 5" x 7" inch size. This was unexpected and unwanted. What I expected and wanted was each photo to be printed with its maximum dimension set to 7". In several this would have led to some white space, which would have been all right.
3. Prints were rather muddy, not contrasty enough.
The web site was having issues for a month with processing payments. So it took me 4 weeks of calling customer service before they could resolve the problem. My book also came with 2 extra blank pages in the front and 2 in the back. I used a razor to cut them out

Moving around the layout was a little confusing and frustrating since it automatically shifted pictures and I couldnt zoom in or out of where the picture was cut off. But overall the experience was good and it made a great gift.
It took a few weeks to get what I ordered and the calendar I ordered was not what I received. All the pictures I spent much time placing were not in the correct order or right spots. I had pictures on certain dates that were not there. What I received was a calendar with the pictures I uploaded in random spots not even cropped in the right spots. I would like a refund or someone to reach out to me to make the calendar correctly. I was very excited to get the calendar after waiting weeks of waiting to give to my wife and very disappointed when I opened up the package.
Great communication for when the blanket would be delivered from order. Quality was excellent and my wife absolutely loved it for her birthday.
App works good, easy to navigate. Pricing is deceptive however. Advertised prices include a discount for many of the same item purchase. A single photo book or photo calendar is very expensive.
Customer service was poor due to the fact I was charged for shipping and informed it would be delivered by October 21st, 2024. However I did not have it delivered until November 4th,2024.
It was relatively easy to download pictures, arrange pictures. Quality of the photo books was very good. I placed a large order & was pleased with how quickly I received the order
Purchased from Groupon, paid the additional $25 for shipping. I didn't know what I was expecting, but it was lacking. And one of mine arrive damaged and bent. I didn't complain because I'm goin in a different direction with this print.

So far good returned first blanket have not received credit back yet but was told it would be refunded this week. Love the 2nd blanket just didn't like the fleece blanket too much white. Will order again thanks!
Phenomenal quality lush blanket with pristine, clear photographs! It was actually much higher quality than even expected and the gift was truly meaningful and well received.
The calendars were awesome. I ordered first and didn't think about the year because who would want one for 2024 because it's almost over. They sent two 2024 ones and I messaged them that it should be 2025, they gave me half off of printing them again, which I did but I think they should have reported them for free.
Both books were awesome! Giving them for birthdays!
Order arrived very late; I was lied to by various customer service agents about the status of the order; everything from "it's shipped" (it hadn't) to "there was a production delay" (there hadn't been) - utlimately, the order was due for delivery before the end of September, yet it only went into "dispatched" on Thu Sept 26. However, on Mon Sep 30 it was still in "dispatched" state, but USPS were still not in receipt of the package. I called multiple times on Tue Oct 1, after multiple agents, supervisors & managers had "promised to call me back" (none did) because the package had still not started moving. The package finally arrived on Oct 4th (obviously as a result of me lighting major fires to get it moving) - this was an EXTREMELY frustrating experience, for a time-sensitive delivery that originally had plenty of spare time. In the end, it made it a few days before I left the country to take it as a gift.
I was promised a refund on the shipping, for my troubles, which I never received.
Not likely to be a repeat customer. Which is a shame, because the actual book was great, but not worth the fight and frustration to have it shipped per the promise date.
The website was intuitive and self explanatory. The backgrounds were good, a few more softer without patterns would be appreciated. So the background doesn't compete with the images. All said, an excellent book building experience. THANK YOU! I'll be back!
