Super easy to find a template for the blanket that fit my purposes, and selecting the pictures from my phone to complete it took no time at all. As always the quality was great and we got lots of happy tears from grandma when she opened the gift!
My order came a week after it said it was going to come. It was too late and I had no use for it.
I reached out multiple times to prevent this but nothing was done. It was very frustrating.
However, the product itself was beautiful!
I have reached out to you previously. My canvas enlargement was not done well. The head of one of 5 people in the photo is partially cut off! There was plenty of room to trim the photo from the bottom by everyone's legs. I would like this to be corrected please. I can send a photo of the canvas.
I had a lot of issues with my original order. When I was dealing with a Mr. Ryan Paul. After some time, we got things worked out. When I resubmitted my order, the finished product was BEAUTIFUL. I had originally gave them a not so good, as I felt they did not care about the severity of the products of theirs I ordered. I ordered 2 customized blankets for the professional dancers Les Twins for their birthdays which are coming up. When I made the original order, some how the pictures fit each box, but when it was submitted there were pictures that did not fully fit also I didn't realize that the fabric had not been changed on one. When I called, they were going to replace at a 50% discount once I was ready to resubmit. A couple of days later and hours of working on both blankets, I called back. It took 2 days to have the link sent to me. After the 3rd day and I was becoming frustrated, Mr. Paul sat on the phone and completely resubmitted my order. It did take about 2 more weeks but the finished product was completely amazing. I wanted to thank Mr. Ryan Paul for his patience on this matter. His customer service was great.
Blanket very soft and cozy.I should've purchased the bigger one My.order came pretty quick.Only compliant I can say is our smiles look a little different on the blanket than the photo I submitted.I love the quality of my blanket Definitely a great addition to our bedroom.Looks good on the bed!Feels even better up against my skin!
I have to say I didn't expect the faster service fee to really Expedite the package as much as it did! Very impressed! My fiancé said the book turned out amazing!
My books look great. The shipping time was very reasonable too. I will be using the site again to finish my trip to Germany books. Wish the pictures would download in the order I took them. That is the only part that gives me trouble. Have to use my cellphone to find the picture first, then find it on the list of photos on the site.
My only issue with your site is the fact that my pictures were mixed up when they were downloaded. I spent more than twice the required time just finding my pictures in the order I took them.
I enjoy the metal prints of images from my vacation. However, I ordered hanging kits and only received 6 of the 12 blocks I ordered for the hanging kit.
Thank you for the order of the two throw. If I had the time I would have requested one of them be printed over because part of the face of an individual was cut off. Next time.
Takes a while to get shipping details but the product itself is awesome. I got a customized calendar for my friends bday and you can write in their friends and families bdays and she thought that was super cool :)
Printing and delivery took far too long! No email updates if progress in the interim, I had to chase your team.
Best part of a month of a 5 year old to wait for his first photos was rough. If I'd have known you were that slow from the first place I would have shopped elsewhere.
Excellent product! They are really beautiful canvas prints and we couldn't be happier with them. But, when I tried to reach customer service about a mistake in my address, I could not reach anyone for over 25 minutes on the phone, twice. And the email responded too late. The error was my fault, but the inaccessibility of customer service is not so good.
The blanket was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for allowing me to show someone just how much they matter, how unique and incredible their spirit is, and how much they're loved.
Prompt delivery, great quality images. One comment I have is that the picture almost got cut off on the edge of the canvas, although it looked fine on the computer. Repositioning the picture could be made a bit smoother in the app. Else, everything was great! Would use printerpix again
My experience was great. I had a problem with my design and sent them a message. They respond promptly and when I couldn't fix the problem (no fault of theirs). I just couldn't figure it out they did it for me
The estimated delivery date was over a week before it was actually delivered. I ordered the book for wedding gift and it arrived after the wedding so I had to order one at Walgreens so I had it the morning of her wedding.
I spent double the money on the book due to the shipment being so delayed.
Front picture turned 90 degrees, not centered, colors washed out, and warbled. Second first inside picture turned 90 degrees, color washed out, and missing printing below. Other pictures are washed out and not centered correctly. Final pic is enlarged being recognition and grainy.
Only saving grace is the thickness of the pages and leather bound cover.

Pictures are great. The only issue I had was I didn't know there would be 2 separate packages and I was not told. So I thought I had missing packages until I called the next working week and was advised of it.
Program is not as user friendly as it could be!
You should be able to easily move photos from page to page, change layout, etc!
