Pictures are great. The only issue I had was I didn't know there would be 2 separate packages and I was not told. So I thought I had missing packages until I called the next working week and was advised of it.
Program is not as user friendly as it could be!
You should be able to easily move photos from page to page, change layout, etc!
The quality was great and the service was faster than expected. I wish I had proofed it better because the bottom row of pictures were not good. My late brother's head was missing so I was not able to gift the blanket. It's living in the closet
The front face of my canvas is lovely. I chose an upgraded canvas which has a good feel to it. The back side, which admittedly will be facing the wall, isn't as neatly finished as I would have liked. There is extra canvas which could have been trimmed for a more professional job. Additionally, I ordered a black edge and my canvas has white gaps at each corner which I will need to color in for a more polished look. I am please with the canvas but it could have been a bit better.
Shipping was much slower than posted. I ordered 1 book and it took about a month. However, both of my emails regarding my purchase, were answered! Peter promised my order would be here before I leave for my destination wedding, and he was right! The site was super easy to use! Amazing prices.
Easy to use format and the quality was very good. However, the emails I received indicated production time was 3-5 days, and then another 3-5 days, and then another 3-5 days. It took much longer to receive than anticipated.
Loved the website! So easy to save any progress I had made and leave the site when needed, and then return later. The ease with which I was able to assemble my calendar was perfect. My only suggestion is to add the feature of being able to zoom in on pictures or the calendar pages for those of us who are working on our cellphones. HOWEVER: the shipping and delivery time leaves A LOT to be desired. I received my product over 3 weeks after I ordered it, when the original delivery estimation was only 9 days. I had to contact the help center 3 times before a USPS label was provided to me, and another 3 days before USPS informed me they had the package. And shipping was expensive as well.

The only thing I would say is I placed the order on July 22nd and didn't receive until August when the website said should only take a week at most. Not a big deal but better communication or better timeline expectations would have been nice.

Took much longer to receive then I expected or got in the past, plus I had to call to find out when it was coming. Finally did arrive. The photos were "matt" and not glossy like I wanted or expected, this wasn't made obvious at all when ordering.

Your products need to be packaged differently. FedEx is notorious for destroying packages, it's happened to my family on many occasions. The first metal print I received fedex smashed the box on the opposite of the cardboard core you attach the print to. If that packing material was on both sides my print wouldn't have been dented even with as poorly as fedex handled it. Aside from that it looks amazing and your customer service is quick with handling issues. Thank you!
This was a very disappointing experience, the canvas looks cheap, is very thin, and the photos are not lined up correctly. Additionally I was very limited in background color and number and placement of the photos.
This was not my first time ordering from PrinterPIx but the quality this time was horrible.

Nothing was solved and I end up with a book that my clients will hate.

I've been ordering my Christmas cards from here for years now and will continue to do so. Recently I ordered invitations for my son's birthday, only issue was the preview was cutting off part of the invite. To avoid it being cut off I added a border. Well, the border printed even though it wasn't in the preview

1st time to put an order and the cover page didn't came out good. It's partly my fault but- it would be better to get a call to verify if something doesn't look rt.
