Looked my granddaughter had black eye in picture, which she does not have but other than that it looks good

I love how easy it is to customize and order the books. I make them for toddlers and LOVE that the pages are thick so the kids won't rip them!

Very much satisfied with PrinterPix order. Initially my order was placed to my old address and when I contacted customer care they resolved the issue and I received the order a day prior to the initial delivery date and it is exactly on my Son's birthday. Very happy over all.

It came faster than expected and the quality of the pictures are way better than I expected. They're not blurry at all, the blanket is super soft. I love it and I can't wait to give it to my friend for her birthday!

Pricing was very unclear and when checking out the quantity was not displayed causing confusion. The calendars did take over three weeks to arrive but turned out great.

Pictures were very low quality, very dim, and did not include hanging mechanisms. Very disappointed.

On the one hand, the process of uploading the photos was very simple; much easier than others I have tried. On the other hand, the price I paid did not reflect the 70% discount I was promised for agreeing to receive texts and e-mails.

Easy to navigate and best of all - spell check! This order took almost a month to reach me. USPS tracking shows the package arriving in Florida end of August and then going to California before being finally coming back to Georgia and delivered. I have used Printerpix before and this is the first time it has taken this long for the order to be received. I would pay a little more for shipping if the carrier was other than USPS!

Editing software is ok. Could use more stickers and other improvements. Received my photo book in good time.

I wish the slate design was more prominent for me to find in the drop down menus. I thought the arrival of the product was very long even though it was shipped through FedEX. From the day of the order to the arrival at the stated address it took 3.5 weeks. It should not take this long when I'm paying over $20 for shipping.

The product is excellent, however I received an email for 70% off and at check out only got 35% off even with the code.

They look amazing and I get so many compliments on them! I've also had a couple order a few for their house!

Easy to create. But very disappointed in outcome. Picture extremely pale and hard to identify subject. I will not be able to display it

I ordered 3 metal prints, and I'm not please with how they look. The colors are washed out and blurry. The original photos are vibrant and clear. I likely will not order from here again, there are so many print options available elsewhere.

I had a Groupon for a canvas for $16. When I placed my order it was $90! I tried to cancel that order. A couple days later I found a good deal for Printer Pix and I ordered the same canvas in a different size, as I thought the first order was cancelled. A week or so I received two canvases of the same photos, just different sizes. Didn't really want two.
