My book turned out great, with wonderful quality. But I did miss a couple of page in the back and a page in the front. My fault, of course, but I would love it if one day there was an alert that let you know you still have blank pages. Thank you..

"24/hr customer service" is not accurate. Took 3 days to respond to an inquiry I made right after my purchase as I needed immediate support. By the time they responded, it was too late for them to help me with my purchase.
Shipment took 35 days and I missed the birthday of the individual the gift was for. I never received any updates or reason for delay and had to call several times to ensure it was still coming-very disappointed
The rounded card shows $0.00 when selected as option but adds a $21.00 charge at the end which is incredibly frustrating and the shipping charges are extremely high.
I recently received my calendars. I placed 3 different orders because the first one didn't arrive until the other two did.
I was very disappointed in the production and delivery of my books. It took over 3 1/2 weeks from the time I submitted the book (2 copies of the same Photobook) until I had delivery. I've worked with two other companies for many years and have always had delivery in 7 to 10 days. I suspected it might be two weeks, but after two phone calls, being assured it was in final production and then sent, there was still excessive delay; I was very unhappy. The book was to be a gift to a family member before he left home for two years, and it did not arrive in time.
This has been a good experience working with the PinterPix system!

I received the calendar on time. It's printed even better than what I expected. I didn't think that it could be printed on such pretty and thick paper. I can accept thinner paper. :) I will definitely come back to order more products later. Thank you!
I wish you also offered 4x4 square canvas. I did appreciate that I could increase or decrease the size of my photo on the canvas. In the finished product the colors were vibrant and the people were clear. Two thumbs up.
The website was a bit challenging to navigate as I uploaded my photos. Also, certain size canvas prints were not available for some of my photos due to resolution (per website feedback). However, print size choices were available that were both smaller and larger than the 10 x 12" size I wanted. I finally wound up using a different photograph for my order that was able to be printed in the 10 x 12" format.
Once I received the prints, I was very happy with them. The colors are very vibrant and the resolution is very good. I have received many compliments on my photo gallery in my powder room!
I build 50-page photobooks with at least 6 photos per page. I have 7 on my shelf and am working on 4 more. I have to use the Layout button for every page since the autofill books have only 1-2 photos per page and wish I could set up all the pages in the beginning. Sadly, as I was waiting for 1 additional photo that finally arrived, PrinterPix updated its process. I had to rebuild 3 photobooks from scratch. The rebuilding was a bit frustrating and took a lot of time. The new features PrinterPix offers are great though. Sadly the new books are smaller in size so it doesn't look perfect on my shelf :(. Customer Service (Peter James) helped me immensely (thank you Peter!) by finding 4 of my projects that lapsed beyond the 60 days (lapsed because I didn't have good internet service) but I lost the one that was the hardest to compile. Mea culpa. The printing is a bit on the dark side (as opposed to seeing the photos on a back-lit computer screen I guess) and I see a " white line as the trimming was off on 1 of my books. I researched other suppliers but prefer the creative flexibility that PrinterPix offers for Photobooks. The new border/shapes with colorful hand-drawn frames are great additions if only they could be resized more than proportionally. Again, many thanks to Peter James who found 4 of my projects! Shipping and timing has improved but the books don't fit tightly in the box so one is dented on the edges a bit. Overall I prefer PrinterPix to all the other photobook suppliers.
The picture turned out beautiful! I've never ordered a photo on canvas and wanted to have a nice picture to hang from our vacation to remember every time I look at it. I will definitely be ordering g from printerpix again!
Unfortunately, while the images displayed correctly, none of my text appeared with the images as I intended. This was quite disappointing because the text provided crucial context and explanations that were meant to complement the images.
It's important for a platform that supports mixed media content to ensure that both text and images are properly integrated and displayed together. Whether it's a glitch in the content management system or an issue during the upload process, this needs to be addressed to improve user experience.
The preview showed my picture correctly and I had provided enough space for margin. Yet there is a lot of bleed on the covers
My experience was pretty good all around. The only complaint I have is the delivery time. They said expected delivery date was August 15th. I did not receive my package until September 3rd. Other than that, my photo book was just what I wanted! I'll just keep in mind if I order again that it may take longer for shipping.
I have used printerpix for many prints and art projects. This last project was a gift to me for two books. I had never printed a book through printerpix before and I was amazed at all of the options. I'll continue to choose printerpix as my top choice for all things photo.
