The only negative issue is the first our pages and the last four pages of a 20 page hard book order is blank. In other words, there are approximately 28 pages in the photo book with 20 actual pages of photos. However, the first four pages and last four pages are blank pages.

So far I have ordered two metal prints and both have turned out beautiful. I wish I could order more than one at a time. I just received my third print and it is gorgeous. Can't wait for my fourth one to arrive.

The shipping took longer than expected but I was informed that there was an equipment problem causing delays. I got my book and I love it! I appreciated the information and know that problems can arise.

Checkout process was a fiasco and the pricing was way too high. The website gave me a price for one book, and then offered more copies at a lower price. However, when I added copies the price was way way higher. Customer service was not able to help resolve the issue.

This was the first time I used PrinterPix to make a 40x60 picture memory blanket for my grandson and I wasn't disappointed with the results. The pictures were so clear and each picture centered on the blanket. It took only a week to receive the completed blanket. I will definitely use them again.

This was my 3rd order from Printerpix, all blankets and they were all amazing. The material and the printer they use to transfer the pictures are top of the line, theres no doubt about it. I absolutely recommend this company and they also offer groupons.

Making the book and the end product was great! The service and delivery in between needs improvement! I placed 2 orders within minutes. The first and larger order came within 10 days the second order arrived 10 days later. I also did not receive order confirmation on either order! When I put in an email asking about the order status, the response time was unacceptable.

The metal print was very cheap looking. I'd rather pay more and get a quality product. The metal was very thin, too bendable. The print was so dark, it's hard to look at. I"ve had quality ones done in the past and I will seek out those companies instead.

It was almost a week later than promised and the wording at the top that I added, was cut off even though it was in the correct area on the preview. Other than that... it came out looking really good!

The blanket we received was beautiful, soft, delivered quickly, on price point and well made! My father in law is very sick and this blanket brings my mother in law such comfort to see memories of her and her husband at the best of times. Should we need another blanket full of beautiful photos, we would order again.

I appreciate the great value that I get when I order books from PrinterPix. Other websites are easier to maneuver. But it's worth the extra time spent on making them. The quality is great. I do wish they kept your books that you have made longer. Only company that I use now. I have 13 grandchildren that I make photo books for gifts.

Great products at a reasonable price. I was reprinting a previous project, but it was from several months ago. So, I needed some support to restore the old project and their tech support was wonderful. I highly recommend PrinterPix!

One of the easiest calendars I've ever made, your user interface is top notch and I love the way you sent me an email that goes directly to my project. But upon receiving the calendar I was disappointed in how small the date boxes are to enter appts. And events. I somehow missed how to make it bigger, so be on the lookout if you add a lot of entries. The print job was great though.

I ordered three presents for my family members from this website and I was presently surprised with how well the quality of each present was. They turned out perfect!

The photo book arrived 5 days after promised on the checkout page, arriving after my grandfather's birthday. Some of the images with text that I included had the text cut off in some places, when it didn't look like that on the preview. I probably won't use PrinterPix in the future.

My package was promised within a week, but ended up taking much more than that. I reached out to customer service, to which they were able to help me. Originally, Printerpix had the incorrect tracking information for my package because it was given to a different carrier. Customer service was able to locate the package and give me the correct information.

I received the product almost a month after the order was placed. When I finally did receive it, I was so disappointed with the quality metal picture. I'm overall satisfied with the customer service, but not with the product. I wish you very good luck with your business, but I particularly won't use your Company anymore. Lina Nathaniel is aware, and she offered a refund. I haven't received anything yet.

I had several pictures I wanted to place kn a canvas. Printer RX gave me the ability to choose my own layout and size of pictures so I could get them all on one canvas. The other companies did not allow that as they had set templates and guidelines.
Easy to use.
This was a gift and my friend was very pleased with the the canvas and loves it.

Beautiful! Great quality, bright, and great design. Some of the pictures did not come as I expected in regards to the layout but they are still good. I will be ordering this again for others!
