Horrible experience using Priceline.com hotels. First Hotel were listed as 3.5 star rating - turned out to be 1.5. Next hotel when we turned down bed - some kid had pissed in the bed. Last hotel - we selected an "express deal" thru Priceline at $108 (they do not give you the hotel name until you pay) the hotel turned out to e Quality Inn which was listed at $70 from other sites.
I went on price line renovated nest western in tulsa went to hotel within that half hour went to pat for reservation and manager said they don't accept that type credit card but took my payment of 63 told me call price line so did soon as walked out no answer so today called nothing they can do slept in car in parking lot now deathly sick and payment gone guess I paid 63 for reservation of parking lot cause I'm without a home

This product is great if you have complete flexibility on your travel plans, but a hard no if you have a specific itinerary, which was why I rated 4 of 5. I planned a very cheap trip for a girls weekend on there when I didn't have a specific weekend I had to go, and was able to pull off a trip everyone could afford, just be careful if you have more than 4-6 in your group, can get a little sketch. Overall, great if you're on a budget!
As long as you are okay with not knowing certain details about your hotel stay, for example only knowing that your hotel will be four stars rather than knowing the precise hotel where you will be staying, then Priceline is a great way to book hotel stays for cheap. It is used for other things as well such as airfare, but I have not used it for that purpose as of yet. Buyer beware: make sure you read the instructions before putting your credit card information! You get a great deal, but make sure you know what you are buying
They fixed it when it was incorrect. At first it advertised a hotel as being pet friendly but it turned out not to be. But they corrected the situation and refunded us
Just called priceline to finalize my order I couldn't navigate on website. And Mark needed no time to remedy my order. Thank you for your great customer service.
I love Priceline, but lately it's a little slacking. As I noticed when you bid, you got to bid much more than just maybe 2 years ago. Big inflation on the prices. Pro: got some good deal before and easy to use. Con: cannot cancel and won't know the name til purchased if go through Express deals or bidding site. Hotels gotten progressively more expensive.
They sent me a link and it wouldn't take my review; so here it is :) Economy Rental - What an absolute rip-off! They strong armed me into buying they're daily insurance due to no proof of insurance. Even if you use your own insurance they put a $1000 hold on your card; which most families on a budget going to Orlando parks don't just have laying around. By the time they tack on all the extra fees (a ton) it's more then enterprise with their higher end cars! Don't do it!
Priceline continues to please. The only reason I did not give them 5-stars because they've discontinued the name your price feature. Even still their customer service is top notch.
I've gotten some great deals using the name your own price feature and it's pretty fun, too. I would recommend, at least for hotels and rental cars. The package deals seem to be the best way to save uf thatvus whatvyoubare looking for.
Just not sure on charges cause they charged my son and we never finished with his card and they charged us I need all the changes from my card and trips
Ive used priceline many times. Never had a bad experience. I love the Choose your price option. Its been more than good to my pockets 9 times out of 10 (can't win them all lol).
They've always got deals, just gotta know how to look. Rented a car on there and flight before. Good deal
Bid on a vacation and had a decent experience, fees are a bit high though. Seems like with coupons you could get a better deal regardless without the mystery of the bidding system.
I know there is much more to priceline, but I have only used it for booking hotels. I have been successful doing the "name your price" option but usually choose to go the Express Deal route.
I like the feeling of being sent an itinerary after booking. I am "old school" in some ways and like the security of seeing my confirmed reservation via e-mail. All bookings have been successful with no issues upon arrival at the hotel.
Priceline banks your billing information for ease of use. I would recommend deleting credit/debit card information after charges go through, usually within moments. It does not take that long to re-enter info when you need to do so for your next use.
Our stay was very nice. The check in was quick and simple. The hotel was in a good area for shopping. Walmart was in close location, restaurants and
Port Everglades, Airport all near the hotel.
Usually fly super late or early and their hotel deals great! Their name your own price on flights isn't what it used to be deal wise.
I dont iCloud id and password when I buy inside my 6 s have iCloud id how I do now and price pls more information I need
I usually bid on Priceline for hotel stays. I find that their star system for rating properties is not inflated like some hotel web sites. Booking is easy and if one does a bit of homework, sometimes you can figure out which hotel you might get when you bid. Information on the web site is clear and understandable. Have had very nice hotels throughout the time I have been bidding with Priceline.
I like to have all my travel plans - flight, hotel and car all laid out in one sitting and be done. Priceline is simple, reasonable and not a bunch of hidden fees.
I was new to Priceline and when I chose the date I wanted for a hotel booking, I did not notice that I had to click Update, which would have confirmed the date, and shown a new (higher) price. I ended up with a booking for an incorrect date. I spoke to Priceline via online chat, they told me I would have to ring their partners Agoda, who canceled my booking. Both Priceline and Agoda were friendly and helpful. Agoda put me on hold for a lengthy period but when they came back to me to say that they could cancel the booking, they also confirmed that there was still a room available on the date I needed. I am happy with the service.
It was my second time I availed their services. This time I noticed huge improvement in their services. Keep improving and best of luck.
Cool prices, great deals! Not using it very often, but when I do - I love it
Priceline is quite good company. I feel they provided me best what they can do for me and they did not disappointed me.
Rent a car, but not always the best, but very good service, so 4 stars
One of my favorite places to look for hotels, flights and cars. I have started using Kayak so I can see everything at once and Priceline doesn't always win.
