Cute cat. But like it says in the fine print (of which there are some 3426 pages), buy your travel and then you are locked in for whatever travel arrangements you have selected and which Priceline was able to get for you.

It means you first have to make the purchase, basically lock yourself in the deal before they purchase it for you.
