On this particular issue, I ordered two t shirts and paid extra for expedited shipping. Today, September 6th was the last day of shipping within the requested fast track window. I proceeded to track the package only to find on the partner shipping agency site that TeeSpring failed to include the full mailing address. This resulted in both DHL and USPS reclassifying the purchase as undeliverable. To add to my frustrations TeeSpring doesnt have a direct customer service line the only line of resolution is via email if you encounter an issue. Once you email them it takes 24 hours for a reply of any kind. Making it clear that TeeSpring doesn't offer a fast resolution(s) to their customers and as a result, TEESPRING has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS. I wanted to give the company a second chance but this is a super inconvenience and for the price, TeeSpring seems to be a hassle company that I will/would avoid in the future.
