Well i will suggest that you contact them and if they charged you the 7 tickets it should show on there system.

Because they screwed you like they usually do. The main problem is that they don't give you exactly what you want and then they refuse to correct it without your going to your credit card company and asking them to reject the purchase which is what I would do and then go to booking.com or Frontier airline which is much cheaper
I am pretty sure you will have to go to Priceline's own site for your answer. Sitejabber is for rating websites and doesn't have anything to do with customer service for all the sites reviewed here. I hope you get your issue solved.
