Recently I made my first online purchase with PLT. Yesterday I received a package from PLT, however none of the items I ordered were in the package. They somehow managed to send me 9 WRONG items. I have now returned that package, and have provided proof via the ‘Madison Chat' as they asked. But now, instead of receiving the items I actually ordered, the person in the chat told me they were going to have to refund a number of items because they were now out of stock now. A number of these items were meant to be Christmas presents. This has been a very frustrating experience and the 'staff'/ bots are not helpful at all. I do not recommend anyone buy from this store, not worth the stress, especially if you are buying for someone else, or need the clothes by a certain date. Will not be buying from here ever again. Very disappointed

It's nice that they're doing competitions for others to win and I'm happy for those who have won. However, they are really racist! They have a £1K competition this black friday and they haven't chosen any asian winners! Only black and white! I am Indian myself and I haven't seen them choose any Indian winners for the past 3 days! I have entered the competition over 100 times this weekend so they must've seen my tweet at least once (or other asian's tweets) however they are racist and don't want to choose them. It makes me feel like I want to change the colour of my skin just for them to notice me! Also I couldn't get anything in the <£1 sale, it all got sold out and I was on their site when they were restocking it! Such a waste of weekend for nothing.

As a last step I decided to look up reviews and came across these horrendous reviews. Thanks to all for the warnings, you can clearly see how many major issues there are and how little they care. I ordered a package today that I need for my trip next week. Twice their website didn't properly apply the express shipping. I contacted them the same minute advising i would like to cancel the order and re-order it (SINCE YOU CANT EDIT OR CHANGE ANYTHING) they told me several times to wait for an email that would indicate that the order was cancelled. Next thing you know my order was dispatched (STANDARD SHIPPING - NOT EXPRESS)

I ordered two pair of nude heels both in a US 9. When I received my order, the delivery date displayed was wrong and both pair came in a size 7. When I contacted customer service she stated that a UK 7 is equivalent to a US 9. I actually wear a US 8, but I order heels one size up. I couldn't even fit my toes into the "equivalent" pair. My email notification even displayed a US 9. I know the pairs sent to me were a true 7. Now I have to pay to return. I won't be ordering again.
I had a horrible experience with PLT. I ordered something and paid every penny and due to some issues with the address they didn't even informed me to correct it they sent my package back without even giving a proper information, yet they're also refunding half of money. My order total was $128.50 and they're refunding only $78.00 which is their fault. The customer service sucks, they said we can't refund your delivery money back and all those things and at last they said ‘We hope we've helped with your query today. Please help us free up our team for the next customer in line by not replying to say thank you. Instead, we'd really love to hear your experience bla bla bla'. Not even a bit of understanding is coming from them. I can't believe the horrible service I'm receiving. Would never recommend it to anyone.
They sent the wrong color, the only way to reach out is email. So each time you get a response it's from a different representative. There's no refund or exchanges because you have pay to send each item back. And it didn't seem worth it really. Just annoying to have work to get something exchanged. And they didn't make it easy.

I had ordered a size 4 but I some how received a size 12? The quality of the clothing wasn't worth the money and shipping wasn't refunded either so it's a waste of good money. The customer service wasn't great either. Its very disappointing and I would never shop here again.
I spent $190 and still had to pay for shipping. When I received the items, I was disappointed because of how thin the material were. I ordered hoodies, sweatshirts, sweats and turtlenecks. They were VERY thin. The seams are crooked, and the sweats, leggings and hoodies/sweatshirts catch pilling very fast (within two wears). The sizes are different if you get the same pieces of clothing. The cuffs for joggers are very loose and the leggings are huge around the ankles and others are very tight. There was no thought put into the making of the clothing. I ordered items for the winter but honestly, I would just spend my money elsewhere such as H&M where at least I know I would receive quality items and be happy. I was drawn to PLT because of their cute styles and unique designs but it's honestly just a scam tbh. I won't be ordering from PLT any longer.
WARNING Honestly the worst experience I have had with any online company. I am normally happy with PLT. The website took all details of my bank card to pay for my order, then the website refreshed to a page saying 'Oooops something went wrong with your order',
I tried again to get my order to go through, three times. Still it did not work until the fourth time when it eventually went through.
HOWEVER, I checked my bank and PLT has taken 150 pound FOUR Times leaving me without 450 pound. Their customer service has been appalling, nobody is willing to read my explanation and plea to get my money back. I have spent hours waiting for my banks to take my calls over the last two weeks, so not only have they taken 450 pound they have also caused a massive phone bill and offered no support of any support in order to help their customer. STILL I have no word from PLT or reassurance. Be aware when there is a 'technical fault' on their website to check your bank, because for me they took my money and are not willing to help me, I am still 150 pound times four down and I am still waiting on ANY form of clear and helpful communication (Ive tried twitter, their plt, WhatsApp, their facebook messenger, instagram and complaints).

Unlike, for example, Amazon, there is no control of the delivery process *** at all *** Hermes, will tell you it's been "delivered" and the teenagers here will have no clue at all! Never got any of my packages and they won't even look into it properly. If you want something a month later, that's an if not a sure thing and if you want then to give you a run around to avoid giving you a refund shop here. I know I won't ever again. Every time I contact them to get my money back they have this blankets response that they send to everyone. You know this because it comes back in seconds after you send your email. The COVID accounts for the delay in receiving your pkg is the response they send to everyone. There is no way anyone is going to get their money back in the form of a refund. Very disappointing. I can't believe they send me promos every day. Do they really expect me to order something else from them. The old adage " once bitten, twice shy" definitely applies here.Do not order anything from this business. I bought 3 things... material is too cheap, picture on the shirt worn out and pants oversized. Nothing like on the pictures, i am completely dissapointed. And the price was 50 eur, total waste of money. I will use the stuff for cleaning because they are not for wearing, not even in the house
