I booked a reservation on 5/20/20 for a room in October. They charged my credit card on 5/21/20. I cancelled the reservation on 8/28/20 well before the October 6/20 date to receive free cancellation. I have not received a refund. I can not speak with anyone. I waited on hold, as first in line, for well over an hour and thirty minutes.
Don't waste your time and money with this reservation system.
Specifically asked about cancellation policy, which clearly stated money back. Had to cancel, well within cancellation time and they refused to give money back, trying to return it as credit. Was forced to then go to credit card company, etc. Would never go back...
I booked through their website for a hotel on the gold coast Australia and it turns out it was a quarantine hotel. I couldn't stay there obviously as I wasn't coming back into the Country. They then proceeded to take my money then didn't want to give me my money back. Then once they finally responded they called me Karyn. This is 100% legit.
This place is really doing a good business with their clients, they send you a confirmation email with your reservation number but when you call the hotel directly this reservation is not shown in the system, so ther is no reservation and when you call them to cancel they tell you that the full amount will be put on a credit on your account or refunded to tour original payment method but this might last up to 3 months, crazy right $760 paid in full not refunded in the usual 5-7 business days, as all companies do, know what they said due to high demand of cancellation this is the estimated time your refund will get back to you, but they didn't care if my reservation didn't show up at the hotel. They take your money full, not a portion on hold like the rest of the hotels or booking sites, but in full instead and take 3 months to refund it to you. I would not suggest to use this site to anyone, don't waste your time because they'll give you a headache trying to solve things out.
Prestigia support team are not updated with current situation in my country which the government suddenly announce travel restrictions due to spikes of Covid-19 cases. I am not able to go to the hotel due to the restrictions and would like to move my booking date until the travel restrictions is lifted. The government announcement is last minute so it is definitely not my fault. I really don't want to cancel the trip, I just want to change the date until the government lift the restrictions. This situation should be an exemption. I am willing to pay modifications fee to change the date instead of getting charged for no show. This is a very bad experience and this is going to be the first and the last time I'm using Prestigia.com. I will never use Prestigia.com again in future!
I made a reservation at the Hyatt through them and they charged my card and sent me a confirmation #.
I called the Hyatt before my trip to confirm and they did not have my reservation. I contacted Prestige and I got a recorded message that the offices were closed due to covid. Even in California businesses can use the phone during covid. It became apparent using email that I was not going to get a refund and filed a fraud claim with my credit card company.
Tried to cancel rooms. They said a minimum of 3 months for refund. We lost $*******. Do not use them
Prestigia, you cancelled my hotel booking for early July 2020 claiming it was a technical glitch. I chased more than 10 times. Prestigia still hasnn't refunded me with £ 227.44. It has been more than FIVE months. Shame on you that you keep advertising on FaceBook. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A COMPLETE DISGRACE.

I like many others had a stay booked during the end of September and went through their site, as it was decently cheaper than all other places. Just 3 days before my trip was scheduled I find out that my rooms have been canceled by Prestigia, but at least I'd be getting a refund. Here I am almost 3 months removed from this incident and still cannot get a refund. I am being told "COVID is making it very hard to process these claims quickly", however after reading many of the other reviews I fear I am getting nothing. Given that I did not cancel my rooms and that Prestigia did this (as the hotel they let me book from was closed) I expect full compensation. It doesn't help that their phsyical address is outside the USA, so BBB really wont be able to help much. UGH.

I think the 1 star is for the fact that they do reply to an email, otherwise it would be zero... if that was an option.
We had booked a hotel room in Montreal in March that had to be cancelled due to Covid. I realize that these are tricky times, particularly for travel industry, but to wait 8 months for a refund on money that I have paid is ridiculous. I've emailed them hoping to resolve this without leaving an unfavourable review, the reply back is always the same... unprescedented times, they are only allowed a certain amount to be refunded per day by their bank... Never again. How do you run a business like that?

In August 2020 I booked a ski trip for the 2021 winter... surprise, I was charged & debited € 273 (so no free reservation) on the pretext that the hotel request the payement of 1 night when the booking is higher than 3 days – which is totally false!
In October I canceled my reservation and although my rate promised free cancellation I was not refunded!

YOU CAN'T CALL ANYONE ONLY EMAIL AND I GET THE SAME RESPONSE THAT THEY'RE BEHIND DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF REFUND REQUEST. INSANE! IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 9 WEEKS TO REFUND SOMEONE BACK THEIR MONEY. SHADY!

Booked a room in Vegas with Prestigia on August 2,2020. The room had a generous cancellation policy with a full refund. I cancelled the booking in August 13. It has now been 2 months and I have not received my refund. I actually had to file a credit charge dispute with my credit card.

I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
