Took quite a bit longer to receive the item than I thought but when I received it all were perfect.
It took so long to receive my order—weeks past the ship date originally promised. And I was never sent a confirmation email. I had to call customer service after about a month of waiting and ask them where my order was, and if they could please send me a confirmations mail, which they did.
Experience was fine - however I sent emails twice about someone else's order that I received and no one ever responded

My first order was the wrong color blue. I called it in and it was decided that the order would be redone w the correct color. So I asked if they could do a woman's 2x vs the mens large that I had offered. And they said yes. So when I just received the order, the color was great but the sweatshirt is a mens 2x and it is huge! I am going to call back and ask that it is reprinted in the 2nd color blue w the original large. The order is not right! (But everybody had been really nice and easy to work w)

The website was easy to navigate and order from. The order came in 2 separate packages and took quite awhile to arrive. I thought my 2nd package must've been lost in the mail because it took so long, but it finally arrived.
