The one size fits all adjustable hat is humongous. It is not the same size as any other adjustable hat I have. Disappointed. Will not wear it. Will not shop here again
I have never placed an order online that took this long to be received, nor does it make sense that there is not a telephone number provided to contact someone. Also, this company billed me a month before the product shipped... also I tried to cancel since it appeared it was not shipping in a timely fashion but I was not able to.

The service is not bad it is horrible. I wanted to speak to someone about my order after waiting over a month to get my order. Not only could I not speak to a human being but when I filled out a questionnaire about the service I was told someone would get back to me in 24 hours. It didn't take Prep 24 hours to get their money from me it didn't take Prep 1 month to get their money from. I would strongly suggest Prep put some pep in their steep when it comes to Custer service. I will never order anything from Prep again

Ordered two shirts waited over a month. Finally arrived I was excited. Opened it up there was two hoodies from a team in Indiana I live in texas. I have written them 3 times about the issue. Been over a week No response but they send a 30 percent off email twice a day. Will not order from them again. When they make this write I will be happy to take this review down.
Too expensive and turned out not to be the school colors
It's was fast and the package was great but most important I got it on time
I ordered your product in August hoping to receive it for the season and unfortunately the season ended before I received you product. I ordered an extra large and the sleeves are too short in the neck is stretched out. I will be returning the product for a full refund.
