I'm really mad now, I ordered 1000g on my server, and now i'm 11 days further. They said to me all 11 days: "It will be done by today.", "It will be done SOON." well how soon are those lazy cash stealers.

Please everyone don't order any gold on this website they hold you on a line. And you will give up after so many days or weeks. And they leave with all your gold. This is just a poor website. If you want to do anything, just judge them and let see what the lawyers will say about fraud or cash thugs.

They will ignore you if you really want your cash back, or any refund. I asked so many days if there refund guy is working but no, everytime I get this answer: "Sorry, he is not here right now try in 1~2 days." and the other says: "he is not there, i will leave him the message."

Big scam, I'll will not give up I will get everything done to get this company closed. We will need some people who also are ready to destroy this company who just steals money of there customers without giving them anything in return or not giving back there money. Everyone diserves a big excuse + refund of this company or better a compensation for damages.

Well i'm done with this sort company's just destroy it.

I have done the same as many others and ordered from these people, two days have passed and the same old 'please give more time we are working for you to get your order' etc etc, I was told the gold was in stock before I ordered then they changed and said ir will be 1-6 hours then 3-8 hours and so on and so on, two days later and still the same story, I went through 4 differnt people apparently on the live chat before i even got as far as the we are working hard for your order on the last occasion and they just stopped answering my messages, they don't answer their phones and not even their online messenger type channes etc, STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE BE WARNED...

OMG! Same story as everyone else here... They tell me they have the stock I need and delivery time would be 30 min. 2 hours later I contact the website and they tell me they are in the process of filling my order. I contact the site the next day about 24 hours later and same story. I tell them just forget it I want a refund and they say the manager needs to do it and the manager isn't in but they will be in the next day. Next day about 24 hours later I contact the site wanting to speak to a manager and I'm told the manager isn't in yet. A couple hours later they call and tell me my order is ready... ya right it was a fraction of what I ordered. I asked what about the rest and the person logged off. I contacted the site and same ol' thing they are filling my order and will call when it is ready... ARE YOU KIDDING ME! No today I have been trying to reach them and no one answers the chat request... I opened a dispute with paypal but we will see what happens... Like everyone else STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

So heres the scam: you ask b4 you buy and they tell you they have your gold in stock and answer all of your questions as fast as they possibly can and tell you everything you want to hear, after you order, they say omg! Our gold account has been banned, please wait for your gold then days go by then weeks and all that time of course you keep checking in to see the status but no they are still collecting your gold... not to mention its impossible to get a response from them and if you do its like hold for sec or the same nonsense that your gold still isnt ready, im going on 2 weeks now with no sucess of getting my gold... STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!

Most of these reviews are right on key. These people are trained to convince you they have what you want right away. I did business with this website and was fortunate enough that it turned out ok in the end. For my husband's birthday my son wanted to buy him "wow gold" and so we did. 100K worth. Did live chat first to be sure they had it in stock - because i was a little late on the birthday present buying thing and they said 30 mins - hours. Well 2 hours later it turned into 1-8 hours. 9 hours later it, again was 8 hours more. I was so frustrated I said the hell with it. I opened a paypal dispute immediately and told them I was reporting them for fruad. (Like that would really do anything) but I had at least hoped that the paypal dispute would land me some of my money back. I had to wait at least 7 days to escalate the dispute. On day 3, I got a game message from one of their players telling me they had 26k. I decided to gamble and take a chance on taking this as being given another promise that more would follow. Turns out that it did and I received all of my 100k on day 3. Mind you, that followed many threats and escalating them to fruad reports. I was promised "bonus gold" which I never received... was told by their customer service "maybe next time"... BAH> there won't be a "next time"

Hi! Ok where to start... I bought 10 000 gold and I finally got it... it took a few weeks thought... BUT! They did the WORST thing I've ever seen... Ok check this out: While I was chatting with the live chat service... they logged on warcraft and they were whispering me to go to ratchet to get a part of it (1700g at that time) but I repeat, I was on Windows so I couldnt see it. When I went back on warcraft (it took only 3 or 4 minutes)... The guy was telling me F*** YOU... YES YOUR READING IS GOOD AND MINE TOO... The $#*!ed mf guy told me F*** YOU... So I whispered back: WHAT?! YOU TOLD ME F*** YOU?... and the guy simply said: Come where I am ok?... CAN YOU BELEIVE THIS! A PROFESSIONAL SITE THAT TELL CUSTOMERS F*** YOU?!?!?!? NEVER GO ON THAT WEBSITE! ITS GARBAGE!

Well, I placed an order of 10k and RIGHT after I confirmed I found out about this website, Then I said "OH $#*! NOT THIS" and well anyways... I read thou a couple of reviews and started raging and I went on the online chat with them.

I got to talk with "CUTE"
He was being so damn annoying with the

Guess what after 30mins of wait/talk/complain and put a dispute down on paypal and told mr. Cute about it. He then said.

I logged on and got my 10k.

I must say I'm pretty damn lucky for all the other reviews that are on this site

PS: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE AS YOU MIGHT NOT BE AS LUCKY AS ME.

So I got my 10k for a few bucks cheaper than other sites but with a lot of calm communication with mr, cute.

Stay away from this place if you value your money and account. I ordered 10k gold from here and was told I would have it in 24 hours. I waited the alotted time and no gold. I contact their online customer support and cause a s#$% storm. Which I eventually get about 3k of the 10k through much swearing and threatening. I tell them that I want the rest and they say that the account with the gold was banned so I start cursing again and tell them I am going to report them. So I do... then go back to complain again on their cutomer support page and I make it to about 6k now... well I log on to WoW today and low and behold my account is hacked all gold gone and my level 80 characters deleted. I have no doubt in my mind it was from these people as I am pretty security oriented and I have never had anything like this happen before. I will definatly go drop the 6.50 for the authenticator now... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 10K gold from them. 30 min. Later made a fuss to their A. I. M suppoort who for the most part ignored me totally. Only responded once with: "Ty for waillting.ur order is in process, wen we get the gold for u, we will inform u to login the game. I sent about 15 more IMs over the next 30 min, never cursing or being rude, but telling them politely that If they can't deliver the product I will contact my credit card company and have the charge retracted and open a dispute on pay pal. As I was filling out the conflict form on PayPal they called me and told me to log in. I did and was given 7200 gold. I thought about rejecting it because it wasn't the full amount but figured it's 72% which is better then getting nothing and waiting months for the charge to be retracted by my CC company (if they will even do it) so I took the gold and they told me the rest will be given to me in an hour. That was 20 min. Ago. I doubt I'll get the rest and don't care at this point. Although I got most of my gold within an hour, After reading this site I realized I was going to have to fight for it.If you, like me, read this AFTER making a purchase, try what I did- do not be an $#*! and curse them out, just tell them you are going to cancel the payment and whatever related threats you can make, to get them motivated. If you make it personal, it will become personal to them and you might see worse results.If you are reading this before making a purchase- I recommend not using this site.

THIS SITE IS AWFUL! Terrible customer service if you can even call it that. They lie to you and tell you that your gold will be ready within 2 hours, then they say the account got banned on it's way to you. Then they tell you you're top priority, and will contact you by phone or mail shortly.
I waited 27 hours, and contacted them atleast 7 times, and after hearing their BS, they finally just stopped talking to me and answering my questions.
So I filed a complaint through paypal, and with in 15 minutes I get a call from power-level.net telling me my gold is ready and to meet in Stormwind at the bank. I got the 10k gold, and 2 emails asking if I was satisfied and telling me they hope to continue business with me in the future! HAHAHA... I hope this site gets shut down. The only reason they delivered the gold is because I filed a complaint against them through paypal. Make sure to do that if you've purchased through them and haven't received your gold after 24 hours. If you have never purchased through them, then DON'T!

***UPDATE*** one day later, i got a message in game, that said my account would be suspended if I didn't go to a website that looked like a battle account site. I went there and it asked to verify my account email and if i was alliance or horde and also what my password was. Once I did that it said some message like "thanks, your account is restored" or something, but I noticed something... the wording was wrong, just like a chinese person wrote it. So i immediately changed my password! I also heard from blizzard, this is how they get the majority of gold they sell is hacking accounts!

I filed my paypal dispute and paypal closed it and said they could not refund my money! WHAT GIVES? I linked to this website and apparently because I selected digital goods they said no way to verify that I did not get what I payed for. So, they sided with the seller. So $#*!ed.

I bought 15k gold from them and have no way to get a refund or my gold. I just don't know where to go from here.

I posted earler about how crappy this sight is but I forgot to add, the phone number that is listed for the customer service on their page is out of service. LOL go figgure. After speaking with Pay Pal today I tryed one more time to get my gold or a refund and incountered the same crap. I told them that this was thier last chance and that I had already filed a fraud complaint with Pay Pal. Long story short Pay Pal refunded my money and told me that the senior staff is meeting tonight and this issue is goung to be disscussed. I gave the person I spoke to this websight and told him to have the senior staff look at the reviews and how POWER-LEVEL.NET Was dragging their name through the mud. So, for all of you that posted here your cryes will be heard tonight (Hopefully).
