My pay-pal claim...

3 days ago i ordered and paid for 20,000 units of virtual currency for the game of World of Warcraft. The website advertising in the google search stated a 30 minute delivery. Before i ordered I logged onto their 24hr customer support chat where the representative repeated a 30 minute delivery.

It took 12 hours before 10,000 of the currency was delivered at which the deliverer logged off immediately. I returned to the support chat where i was told they rest was coming soon. Since then it has been 2.5 days of me logging into their support to be fed the same lies that it will be finished shortly.

Approx 1 hour ago I received a phone call stating my gold was ready so i logged into the game. The delivery person gave me 1600 then logged off immediately again.

This is not an isolated incident as the link below will take you to a review forum full of dozens of customers who have fallen to the same scam.

As much as I would like a refund for the remaining 8400 undelivered currency I would like this to be taken to the next level as this seller is obviously a scam.

I am also taking this to my the federal level as it breaches online consumer legislation.

Ok, my story is the same as all the above with a twist. Of course, the LiveChat promised they had the gold in stock and delivery in 30 minutes. Of course, I was a sucker and placed the order. Of course, no delivery, no refund, upset me, etc.
Now here's the twist: While I'm on LiveChat chasing my order/refund, the power-level.net people have some sort of keylogger working. Next thing you know, they've hacked account and I get a 3 hour suspension for "improper ingame communications." WTF Later, they change my password and install an authenticator code so I can't get access. Thankfully, the WoW customer support figured this all out and fixed everything. The moral here is that these guys are crooks. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This site is really as other described - ripping people off. I asked if they have 50M stock for Aion Kinah. The support told me they have 100M in stock lol. After i placed the order the support told me i have to wait for 8 hours. Fine, 8 hours... but i still haven't getten my kinah after 5 days. I have to file dispute over paypal to get my money back. Don't wast your time here. If you are buying from them because they are cheap? You are wrong, they are holding your money until the price drop to the point that they can sell it to you or you'll never get your money back!

Ordered gold and had same problems as every1 else, eventually got 4k of 30k and was told they r trying to get for me etc etc, live chat was hopeless and they kept ignoring me in the end. I payed via paypal and opened a case against them to find paypal were not interested and closed the case saying it does not guarantee the quality of the goods, this i couldnt believe! In the end i threatened them with making a VISA dispute and they were worried and i got my gold a few hours later, yes all of it! I think they hope you go away quietly without a fuss, but not me, if i pay for a service i want to get that service. So plz if the same happens to you DONT GIVE UP! And threaten with VISA dispute, their whole attitude changed after that, good luck

YUP. If only I had read this first. I have a dispute open with paypal, but I will never see a penny of my money because these criminals are in asia. They are the worst of the worst, scum of the earth, they should be cursed by god and every one of them stricken with brain cancer for the evil they do. I have never been so royally screwed. They claimed they had the gold, but they did not, never delivered, and hacked my account today. They are a scam to get the email addresses of warcraft users. Their chat window installs a keylogger to get your password. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS.

I did not read this site until I placed my order for ******* gold. I read the reviews just after placing my order unfortunatly. Once read I immediately got on the chat and asked for my gold. I got the same excues as everyone else. Oh they got banned on the way ect. I visited the live chat three times asking for my gold. I threatend a dispute with paypal and VISA. I went to bed with no gold :( The next morning I was at it again. I filed a dispute with papal no sense in waiting. About 5 minutes after i filed the dispute i got an email saying my gold was rdy to meet in ratchet. After three different characters logged on I got all of the gold I orderd. I took about 1 day total. I would try another site. But if you have to use them start hounding them right away.

I can't even find the words to describe how bad my experience with power-level.net was. My husband and I both placed orders for WoW gold withint a few minutes of each other. Now the website says they have the gold in stock. After we placed our orders we were told they were "getting it" and would call or email us in 48 hours for delivery. This wasn't a big deal because they are cheaper than pretty much anyone else. 48 hours later I contacted them and was told that they still didn't have my gold and to just keep on waiting. When I asked why the transaction wasn't completed in 48 hours they just kept saying "so sorry we are working on it" over and over again.

Finally got my gold after 4 days and filing a a fraud complaint with PayPal. Apparently if you get on their live chat and threaten to report them for fraud ect. They get on your order much faster. Of course they refuse to refund you money, but in the end we did get the gold after much swearing and heartache. I must have wasted 5 or 6 hours on their live chat arguing with their reps. In the end it worked and they gave us the gold to just go away, but so not worth it. We went to another site and got gold in under 15 minutes for $1 more.
