Ok so i purchased 4000gold 3 days ago and still received nothing, i read through your complaints today and found out how bad they were.
I contacted live chat and asked what was going on and they asked if my phone was working i said yes, they verified my number and said they will call me.
5 minutes later i write back, are you going to call me they say we will when we are ready i tried threatening them with paypal fraud complaint and how ive read up on how they do this to everyone but got no reply
I told them i want my gold now or filling out a fraud complaint, 10minutes later no reply.
Another 15minutes later i ask again i get no reply so i made the complaint

Anyone who wants gold pay the little extra even if you lose out on 1000gold its worth it
They scam and unbeleivably(think i spelt that wrong :P) rude

Well... this is wat happen to me recent. I order 10k gold from this website. And I was told after 30 mins i will receive my gold once i order it. So i order it step by step... verify alot of things... then they told me that they couldnt deliever the gold in 30mins. They tell me to wait for 2-48 hours cause the worker are collecting the golds... i was like... fk did i just got cheated? Ive sent them the moeny... so i can just wait... they online customer severice guy was talking nice to me... and after like 12 hrs they told me there are 4k gold avaliable. So i went on the game they gived me 4k gold! So start at this moment. I start to believe that i will get all my gold that i ordered. So i keep wait like another day. Then they pmed me while i was playing WOW, to go to Org to get the rest gold 6k. Well... I got what i wanted... it just take a lil bit long. Totlally ive waited like 2 days... bad delievery time. Oh btw im chinese, and i was talking with them with chinese all the time...

Similar to Mikal, I ordered 10,000 gold before reading this website, or doing any research (very stupid on my part). I read these reviews about 30 minutes after I placed the order, and started freaking the f*** out. I've never had such HORRIBLE customer service in my entire life. The phone number for their customer service doesn't even work, and the "LiveChat" off their website is a total waste of time. They tell you the same thing over and over again, "I've notified the workers, they will hurry" and more BS in between. About 2 days after I place the order and still no gold, or even any attempt to contact me, I filed a dispute with Moneybookers. Meanwhile this website continued to play the "run around" and totally ignore half the things I asked them. If you demand a refund, they will tell you "a manager needs to me in, try back tomorrow" (4 consecutive days I tried, and there was no manager, until I finally gave up. After about 4 more days of BS I finally got my money back. The only reason i received my money back was because the dispute with Moneybookers. I guess I got lucky. All these reviews I've read here are ALL SPOT ON.

I should have looked here first. Have never had this problem with any other website, and ive ordered from numerous sites numerous times. I mean Ive seen complaints about MMO inn and they got me 20k gold in minutes same day. Any way, ordered 20 k from these guys, paypal paid, got a receipt. Got an email at the address I entered saying email them my phone number. I emailed them my phone number, and got a text message with a verification code that I had to email back to them. Did it. Now, before I ordered I asked if they had stock, she said,"Yeah, we got 30k in stock", I said "when can I expect delivery?" she said" 30mins-1 hour". I said cool. Now after I completed all thier crap I waited 5 hours. I then contacted their live chat again... they said I need to complete thier verification by submitting a copy of my military ID/ drivers liscense... what?! ROFL! Are you Nuts! Not happening. I jumped through their hoops and now i want my gold. So the rep closes the chat window and i get another rep. I explain it to him, same thing after a lil run around... rep closed window, I did it again same rep. I told him I wasnt gonna stop buggin them till I got what I payed for. Closed the window on me... BEWARE THESE UNPROFFESIONAL LAMES. Im gonna try what some others here did and threaten to report them to paypal... maybe that'll work...

Never, i repeat never buy gold on this website.

Ok, this is what happened for me. I ordered 60k gold from them for WoW! They told me they had 120k in stock and I thought they were telling the truth. I ordered it and the representative randomly goes offline. I get another representative and I start swearing and screaming at her. I also threated to make a fraudulence report and I also threatened to sue them for Fraud, phishing and scamming; p. It worked! I was able to receive all of my 60k gold in 4 hours. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! I was scared Sh*tless that my credit card would be hacked but it did not happen. ONCE AGAIN! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE EVER!

Wow, Had I only read this reviews or researched the site first. I bought 20 K gold from these guys, Went thru there security process of moblie verification, I got the email that states the recived payment and need "time" to gather the gold. Well 21/2 days later, nothing! Not even part of it, I speak with there online chat and they could care less, Give me the BS answer, "we try our best", I tell them I payed 72 dollars and I need some kind of info and deadlines that they can meet, They tell me soon, So after reading other posts I take action and open a dipute with paypal. I told them do you want these jokers using your name sake as the top 10 asia pay pal company. That was half the reason I bought the gold, With the security that paypal was the proxy and allows them to post there namesake and pictures of chinesse guys with paypals signs. They said they'll look into, I hope they can resolve this, And to the people who have this same problem, Contact paypal, They need to hear more cases like ours to pull there service from them. Ty all who posted on this site, if it weren't for you Id probally done nothing

I only say MEH above, because this is not a fraudulent company. Only a non trustworthy company. They tell you they have 200k gold in stock but they dont.
Just to get you to put a payment through hoping you only get a small amount. Since you have 7 days b4 a refund is available thru paypal, Means they have 7 days to farm transfer or get gold from somewhere else to give you before the 7 days are up.
DO NOT RECIEVE ANY AMOUNT OF GOLD THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU PURCHASED! IF YOU BOUGHT 50K AND THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU 20K NOW AND 30K LATER DO NOT DO IT!
Thie means they have given you part of you order and you can NOT place a refund after this!
But you do get your gold eventually they just farm it if they don't have enough
