I've never had any problems with this company, they have always told me weather or not they would have the gold amount when I ordered.

I ordered only 2000 like 9+ days ago and still nothing, every time i talk to the live chat they say a few hours. I wish i would have read these reviews before giving these scammers my money.

Update: They ended up giving me a refund like 20 days later and only after I filed a claim with pay pal.
Try something like www.oofay.com, ask them if they will have the gold amount you want to order, they have never given me any problems.
