I had excellent customer service when I asked when the items would arrive, since I live in a rural area. The clothes I bought were of great quality and very good size for my figure. This boutique has been the best online retailer to try.
I like using this page, they are always great with returns and customer service. I never have to wait long to receive a response from your team. I have bought on your site several times, definitely one of my favorites, to improve, the transport company.
The quality is terrible. The clothes are poorly made, the material is cheap and some are not as advertised. Half my order didn't fit, even though I followed their sizing chart. The cloths were delivered as expected, 6 weeks. I would never order again or recommend this company to anyone. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered.
I've been ordering from popjulia.com sale for a while now and I have no complaints. The products are inexpensive but the quality is really good! Not to mention the shipping and fees are cheap, also the customer service isn't bad either.
I had a not very good experience with some garments that I received from this boutique, however, the charming attention of a sales agent who helped me with my consultation was really quick and helpful. Made a much better bad experience!
I spend a ridiculous amount of time looking at and selecting dresses to add to my cart. When I went to check out, I saw the total price (same on 2 different "total" screens) but then when I was about to click "complete the order", I saw that the amount was about $60 more than what I saw on the previous screens as the total. When I tried to close out and go back to see what happened, I was bumped completely from the site and my cart emptied. I thought that was weird, so I started checking Pop Julia out online. Don't know why I didn't start there! All terrible reviews except a handful of positive reviews that seem fake (generated by bots). Many thanks to those of you that shared your experience with this company- You just saved me from a $380+ headache!

I had a package that seemed to be taking a long time to arrive here and I usually receive it a few days after ordering. The tracking system was not updating, so I was unable to track my package. I spoke in the live chat that they were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I also received a follow up email saying what had happened and received an apology even though it was not the boutique's fault their service is absolutely amazing! I can't wait to buy my next item. A very happy customer.
I purchased two items, a seater and a cardigan. The sleeves on the sweater were so tight, it felt like a rubber band. The cardigan is made of poor fabric! It too was small. I contacted pop Julia and their response was beyond the 15 day return. It has been difficult dealing with all the emails back and forth. I will NEVER support this site! Pop Julia does not represent their products well. Buyer beware!

I am a customer forever of this boutique on the internet. My last order arrived at the right time, they were diligent in everything possible to obtain my size, for that I am grateful and bought again today. It is still too early to receive my new dress, so I will give you an updated review of this last order once I arrive.
I have ordered several dresses and a sweater from this company: three (out of seven) dresses were okay and corresponded more or less to the picture, while the rest - including the sweater - had to be thrown out (not the material advertised, tiny (sweater that was supposed to be oversized), completely different colours... DO NOT EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU SEE BECAUSE YOU WON'T! Also, it is impossible to return any items to be refunded. FORGET THIS SITE!
The quality were really bad, spent almost $200 for clothes but none of them is as the same style and quality as description as website, got my package in one month and still 2 items are missing.
They never want you return. I have submit return request but no shipping back address given and they auto close the request even if you just received package just 2 days. Then you have to accept what you got.
Never shop here again. Worst the worst.
The money they steal will not make them rich. They will get punished one day, I believe!

I have made several purchases online, the purchase process is simple and safe. Delivery was timely with lots of notices and tracking numbers provided. Being in an isolated property, it is the best way to make my purchases safe and reliable, there is always help available if necessary
It is very difficult to find something beautiful and comfortable to wear during pregnancy. I got this dress in size 14, so there was plenty of room for my belly. I would definitely recommend this dress. The dress is golden in person, a little less bright than the image on the page, but I really liked the color as well.
Beware of this company! Took over a month to receive & when received, clothes looked nothing like pictures with strings hanging from seams & very cheaply made. They required me to expensively send back to them & I still havent received all items ordered. This company should be investigated & not allowed to sell to US consumers!

Fantastic in general. This store I found the design I was looking for for my dress, they have a helpful customer service that answers my questions with kindness by email. They treat their customers very well.
I am a medium or small in Lands End, so I bought PopJulia (several items) in extra large or "one size fits all" -- they are the size of a child! Too bad-they have cute styles and good prices. I had to give everything away.

My shirt order has just arrived. I love the patterns of the print and the fit, the color blue with white, in small size, fits me perfectly. I really want to use it, especially because the material feels very soft.
I purchased two pairs of plus size linen slacks. After waiting more than a month to receive both pairs were the wrong size. Popjulia you should be ashamed. I threw the slacks away. Pop up ad while using Facebook. Beware.
