Bunch of scammers, Stay away! Seller has the power to give or not give you a refund. I bought an account, they gave me an email with it, I couldnt change the account email for 3 months, it was in a process of email change. I thought it was ok. I didnt play much, and after some weeks exactly after the email was possible to change again, I tried to login and the account vanished of my email. I did nothing, opened a dispute and argued about account reclaimed. Player Auctions got in the side of the seller... Seller even said it was my fault I changed the email and account password lol... Bunch of SCAMMERS! To not say wooorse... I lost my money and the account. LoL Outrageous. Plus you will only be able to pay in crypto so guess what, no Paypal or Card protection. Simply Money LOST! They wont see a cent again from me. And I will make sure I leave my reviews all over the internet.

I've been waiting weeks for this $#*!ing bull$#*! support system to reply to me. I was buying something off of this website and they required me to send a picture of the credit card I used, my drivers license, and a picture of myself holding my drivers license. I sent it all, and they said it was "too blurry" too use. So I send another and they say it's still too blurry. Mind you i'm on a $#*!ing iphone 13 taking this picture in the clearest light. After the second set of images they just reply with vague responses like "Please follow the directions or there may be delays in your purchase" $#*! off. Never using this bull$#*! website again

I tried to buy a clash Royale account I uploaded all documents they asked me for and because my bf made the player auction account and I was the one paying they canceled my order … instead of just asking him for same documentation so wasted my time and money now I have to wait 5 days for a refund because of there stupidity I understand "risk management" as I have ran e-commerce stores but there customer service is trash and there rude take your money else where to epic or player up avoid this site it's toxic

This website is a joke now. Years ago this place was good. Now I wouldnt suggest anyone to use it. I purchased a product after talking to the seller had to do the whole verification process. Showed me my credit card front and back with photos of me taking it AND my ID. After all these photos and quick responses they say your order will go through and you pass in an email. One minute later my order is now cancelled because "payment failed". I email them asking why they say I didnt pass verification process and they will refund me. I gave up and laughed and didnt care for the product anymore after all I went through to be denied all they ended up saying after me replied 4 times was that it will take at most 7 days if not contact your bank. So the website said refund will come after 1-2 business days 5days max. I wrote them on the 3rd day asking if my refund is taking place because it still isnt here. Email ignored. Emailed them again the 5th day about my refund ignored. Went to their website 6 days ago opened up a new request about my refund and guess what? Oh I was ignored yet again. Its now 10 days in I emailed them again was ignored. The bank doesnt release these funds playerauctions does. Clearly my funds are still on the website and havent been release back to my account. At this point I have to file a claim saying you guys are scammer. I dont recommended anyone using this website after all I have to go through for a xmas gift!
Spent 250$ on an account. Later on the seller logged back in. Changed the email password and account password. Messaged PlayerAuctions and their email said "there's no proof it was the seller" so I lost my account and my money.

I tried buying accounts and they took my money but said they required autentication asking for to much personal info. Regardless I sent it trying to get the accouint I purchased but all of the pictures I sent werewnt valid for no reason. Again they took my money and wouldnt let me use the service I purchased.

You seem to misunderstand the card veto process. This aims to check if our site can properly charge your bank/card. Whether you continue with the order or not, this amount is refunded back to you.
As for continuing with the payment, you need to input the exact amount of USD charge you received in the form on our website to continue with your payment. Again, if you do not wish to continue, the funds will be refunded back. You probably tried again with the idea that this is already the payment but this is only a test charge.

Buyers beware! This website forces you to send them a copy of your government ID for "identity verification" before you can complete even the smallest of purchases. The only exception to this is if you purchase items with crypto. Overall this a very dangerous practice for customers which I wouldn't recommend for the sake of identity fraud.

Buyers are welcome to decide not to send the documents and be able to receive a full and automatic refund. However, we need this to establish the buyer's identity and prevent fraud or theft — without the documents, we cannot proceed. The documents are never shared elsewhere, treated confidentially, and are actually deleted when your ticket closes.

I used this website a while back, but i remembered that it was a flawless service. So i needed again this time and i came back, with the same expectations i remembered. Little did i know that this website is now a catfishing site.
I bought the product and then i embarked myself into a roller coaster going straight to hell. First of all they asked you to send a proof that you are the buyer, it's totally understandable until they cross the line. After sending whatever they ask and doing it over and over, when i thought it was over they invented a discrapancy between my purchase statement from apple and my credit card, which had the same 3 numbers at the end, i sent them a message saying that they are wrong it's the same, i said it twice and they keep asking me to send them my serial number of my phone. That was the last straw that they could pull on me, i basically gave them every informations necessary to make a identity thief, i had to make a lot of calls to cancel most of my things just to be sure that it won't happen

I inspected the chatlog of the order ID you provided. The argument with your seller was your insistence that he delivers 55k, but the order detail states it's 44k. Unfortunately, if the 55k is a discreet deal with your seller, we should have been informed: the offer amount should have been adjusted, or it should have been closed and a new one should have been placed.
PlayerAuctions is a middleman service and we follow what's written on the order description; in this case, it's 44k. The fact that you made a purchase for this means you accept it's 44k. If the seller didn't make a delivery, you could then cancel and get a refund, but in the end, you did receive the order and were complaining that it's short of the 55k your seller apparently claimed—a deal PlayerAuctions isn't part of.
This is the "complete scam" you're speaking of when PlayerAuctions successfully processed the order for you. The accusation you're making is totally off and uninformed.

(Lukes fiancé here using his account) I came on here just to say how awful this site is. The seller is very kind and very helpful and agrees that everything happening is bs. My fiancé purchased something on the site using our combined account that has my name on the top was denied despite doing all the verification steps PERFECTLY. I'm now creating my own account and verifying it myself and hopefully that's enough but by the sound of Perry's replies he's just going to cancel it and not respond to anything else. A special note to perry, please find a new profession you are horrible at your job and it's no wonder the reviews complaining about the process are plentiful it's awful! It's even worse than PayPal verification.

I would like to explain why this happened but this is not meant to discount nor disregard your experience, we acknowledge that you've had difficulties and for that, we are sorry.
The previous payment would have not really worked because the aim of this verification is to establish the person and his/her ownership of the payment account being used, but we can only find out during verification so Perry still continued to ask for the documents. So if there are 2 names/persons involved with a payment, our system/staff construes it as unauthorized payment use. We've had cases where payments had to be prematurely canceled due to retractions made by parents who've had kids using their cards without their permission, or partners for the same reason. This is despite the fact that the person's identity in the documents we receive is the payment account holder; the fact that it's different from the PlayerAuctions account holder is still an ambiguous fact regardless if the PA account holder was somehow able to get the payment account holder's pictures and documents.
When this happens, sellers who truthfully deliver have their payment aborted.
I'm afraid there just wasn't enough time to explain all of these as to why the process is happening. Again, I'm very sorry.

*I made a payment by a digital card (cause my physical card has not printed the 16 digits) and I sent them photos of the physical card, the digital card generated by the bank app, a screenshot of the payment receipt, My ID, a selfie with my ID (that I had to take like 10 times cause they didn't like any of them)
And it was not enough for them
They keep asking for a photo with the last 4 digits of the Pysical card when I sent them like 3 times photos of my card explaining that my card has not printed numbers because the card is designed without numbers
And they can't verify is my identity (despite It has printed my name and i sent them the payment receipt and i sent them my ID, the generated digital card, etc.)
