I've been waiting weeks for this $#*!ing bull$#*! support system to reply to me. I was buying something off of this website and they required me to send a picture of the credit card I used, my drivers license, and a picture of myself holding my drivers license. I sent it all, and they said it was "too blurry" too use. So I send another and they say it's still too blurry. Mind you i'm on a $#*!ing iphone 13 taking this picture in the clearest light. After the second set of images they just reply with vague responses like "Please follow the directions or there may be delays in your purchase" $#*! off. Never using this bull$#*! website again
Tip for consumers:
Don't. Use kinguin or something else this website is the slowest service i've ever experienced in my life

I am so sorry about this. I checked and the selfies and portraits were great, it was the ID that we needed to be clearer since there were some pixelation and bluriness. I checked the order status and you still completed it — thank you very much, I'm very grateful. I understand it may have been stressful and for that, I am really sorry.
