Planet Express

I was a bit nervous about using this service at first. However I was able to use there shop for me service and mail out service successfully. Keep in mind that its a mail forwarding service, NOT a cost saving service. Allows canadians such as myself to purchase stuff I wouldn't normally be able to from the USA as the shipper may choose to not ship to canada. Do your research on what planet express can forward for you. Like any mail service. You can't import/export goods that aren't allowed or are illegal. Its on you to do your research. I was really happy to be able to get items from sites such as Mercari. Thank you Planet Express!

After being a member of one the the biggest USA frieght forwarders for the past 10 years i had to make a change due to very poor custkmer service. Having now tried Planet Express twice and contacted them on the phone and through email I must say these guys are the best, simply cannot do enough to support you as a customer, every action they make is fast and professional, I have saved 1-2 days simply on the processing time from the previous forwarding agent.
So don't waste time searching and testing others you will not find better.

Out of over 50 packages mailed to me through PE only one got damaged and it was the fault of the mail company not PE. PE Worked very hard on the dispute for me and I got all my insurance money back with no issues!

I highly recommend this service! 9 times out of 10 it's cheaper sending it to PE to me then it is to directly ship to me.

This company is amazing. I wish I didn't hassle friends and family the last 2 years to box stuff up for me, this company does an A+ job. I have now had 6 boxes (hundreds that they have consolidated) shipped to me in SE Asia. I ordered lots of expensive marine parts, electrical equipment, some liquids, lubricants, etc. Most have been very expensive items. If I had a complaint or a concern, someone has emailed me back within 8 hours, EVERY time, and there's a 12 hour time difference! All packages have arrived undamaged and packed efficiently. Their website is super easy to use and you can choose how much of the original packaging you want shipped/consolidated. I give 5 stars to their customer service department, shipping department, their website, and their expenses. The only slight criticism I could make is that once in a while, one of the photos is cut off and I cannot tell what it is. But, there are 3 photos taken of every package so it hasn't affected me. I paid $50 annually when I signed up, and chose Oregon. I have been a customer for 5 months.

Didn't ship my package and instead sent it to their own warehouse. They do not pick up their phone or reply to voicemail. Scammers owe me $300.

Two weeks since the loss of the package, and they finally admitted they shipped the package to somewhere would take weeks to be shipped back (It's really ridiculous that a package forwarder will mistakenly ship your package to other people, isn't it?) and finally promised to provide compensate for the loss of the package.

However they only provide option to get the refund via PayPal balance which is not available to most people not living in the US. (PayPal now requires SSN validation before the account balance can be used anywhere) and the proposal to provide the compensation via gift card has been turned down by them.

Two weeks since the loss of the package and STILL NOT getting my money back yet.

JUST AVOID using their service as they cannot provide trustworthy service quality and they reply the email in a ridiculously slow manner.
