They had no idea about customs for the country I wanted to ship to. They told me it's my responsibility to know it. So basically they just send things and if it bounces and gets returned or eaten by customs - too bad, my fault. They have a paid subscription model, which they imply will save you money when you use it... I bought it for a month. I used it ONE time. I paid $14.19 to ship a package to their warehouse in OR. After I called FedEx and they told me about customs laws in the country I was shipping to, I found out I can't even get my package to where I want to get it to. So I asked them to send it to an address in Texas. From MI > OR = $14 but from OR > TX they told me the MINIMUM to ship it is $40, and for the same method I used it costs $60? Wtf? What kind of scam service are you guys using? How can I get a better rate with USPS than them? They are a bunch of thiefs who lie about saving you money. They didn't answer my emails, but before ignoring me they told me to pay for a return label to MI. I'm on a time crunch. I can't afford to wait another 2 weeks and do everything myself. That's they whole point for using your terrible service.
Bad, Terrible service. Expensive and obviously thieving. Don't use them, there are better services out there.
Almost 6 months is the delay of my packages for economic shipping and shipments by USPS express do not update their tracking... this is really ANNOYING... and it is not the fault of the postal company in my country because I have received packages much faster from other pages that are your competition (usgobuy)
I had to create two "Shop for Me" services due to the vendor not taking credit cards out of US but lost the items both times due to Planet Express being slow at purchasing and the item sold out both times. Not a fast process and it's disappointing, to say the least.

My story is very close to the other reviewers story & it's clear that it's not by chance, they arrange & manage to steal people with a good deliberation between workers.
In a very few words, they stole my phone which is worth 1500$..
Shame on you planet express. Order ************** is presumed lost since 127 days now. A claim was opened Case Number: *******317, BUT NOBODY IS AT EXPRESS IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. They just say " yes Mr Farrugia we sent an email "... Sent an email only? In a pandemic? Are you nuts? They are not answering any emails and for sure not 1 in three months when i remind you! Then the champion customer support tells me " Contact them by yourself" This is not serious. Other competitors like MYUS are far more serious. I regret i abounded them to try planet IRRESPONSIBLE. Im done with both you and FedEx but i am not going to go down without either my items or my money back.
The individual who dealt with me was truly amazing, as he constantly kept me up to date. Always kept in contact with every msg I had sent. Couldn't have a better company look after me, and return of my possession. As I had been scammed in the amount of 850.00$, which I showed the company, and there were investigations files. Anyway, Jordan was amazingly helpful. If you have read anything negative, remember this is a new owner, that has been extremely helpful. I now have my package, and I am happy about that, The scammer still has my 850.00$, just wish I could get that back too. Anyway,

Shipped some very high value items with them (planet express) and they've been nothing but honest and quick in getting my shipment out. Their customer service is also spot on. Really appreciate all the help they've provided me while live abroad.

Facebook reply generally quick and are very helpful. I do find the site a little complicated when shipping my mail out from your warehouse but I end up getting it done in the end.

This is a good value package forwarding business. They provide a U.S. mailing address to receive packages that then can be sent elsewhere. They've handled all my packages properly, without mistakes or errors, and are pretty helpful and cooperative in handling special requests and out of the ordinary things. The website is a bit bare, but does allow you to pretty much manage everything you need to do online. I would and do recommend them to others.
I have had dozens of packages forwarded to an African country through Planet Express and every one has arrived safely and in a timely manner. Their rates are very competitive. Customer support has been very quick and helpful when needed. Outstanding overall.
Occasionally they have made oversights in instructions about minor matters, especially when consolidating multiple packages. But this has never resulted in any damage or delay to any items.
I've been using Planet Express now for almost a year now to ship items from the US to my location abroad and I can't say enough about how great their service is - They are responsive to my requests, fast, and provide an inexpensive forwarding solution. I highly recommend them if you are looking for someone to forward your packages to you wherever you are in the world quickly and cost effectively. Wonderful company!
Although at first i was a bit sceptical because i haven't heard of planet express before, i'm glad i used their service. I have nothing but positive experience with them and i would recommend them to anyone who need a shipping service. Professional and classy all the way, hopefully they will keep it that way.
I have been trying Planet Express to buy goods from the US, and in most part they have performed very well. The only difficulty I had involved multiple parcels coming to them for shipping, which they did, but it involved additional postage costs to me. This was only one time and they tried their best to make me happy, so I will still use them in future.
I just had a Laptop Shipped from US to EU and they where all very nice and replied to all my Mails. I needed it quickly for Work so i ordered Express and that´s what i got! It was delivered in no Time and cheap as well (5/5). Keep up the good Work! <3
I have shipped 86 packages so far, to all around the world. Rarely encountered problems. This company can really ship to anywhere, and can ship pretty much everything. Their staff is wonderful and they respond promptly to all queries via email. Overall, I believe I truly found the best forwarding company in the US. I tried over 20 forwarders, but Planet Express is the best of them all.
Service items excellent. User experience on the website has room for improvement. Competitors are too restrictive on what items can be shipped many times unnecessarily. Plannet Express is a more, if not the most reasonable option.

I sent more than 10 packages to Europe and all arrived within 30 days, no additional custom fees even for bigger packages (used Planet Express and Economy shipping only).
Fast delivery, great price. I looked at shipping the same packages with DHL from US by a friend of mine and it came to $300-$400, in this case I paid $67 (+ import fees on the value that I declated). I also like that I can set the value for the products shipped. They can also be called without waiting in line, which is nice. Will be using Planet Express again!
I would've given you 5if not the conflicting $200 insurance contained in the Product Information of the courier company(USPS). Which may have caused the outrageous tax/duty by the Nigeria Customs. I wish to give 5 next time.
