On Feb 11th FedEx# ************** got delivered with signature. This is an iPhone 12 pro 128 GB Blue Unlocked worth of $770.65
I have placed a request to consolidate all three shipments on 12th Feb. I happened to see only two iphones instead of three in the consolidated images.
When I quested about third phone the team gave me a shocking reply, that they received an empty box only of (Feb 7th USPS# *********************) first shipment. They were very rude and asked me to contact only seller and they have evidence that you got empty box only.
On 12th Feb I have paid $60.5 to ship the consolidated two device box. They gave me a USPS tracking. USPS# *********************. This shipment was not shipped and just gave dummy tracking.
Today team asked me to open claim in the planet express webpage. I have raised the claim H1546-G. Team never shipped and never update anything. Now they are saying the claim would take around 60 Business days to resolve.
Now total I spent $2407. 87. This is 100% fraud and suspicious.

Hello, ladies and gentlemen, I want you all to know that planet express.com are scammers look at what I shipped with them since September 17,2021, up to this moment being December 25th I have never I have not received my item I think they have just stolen my iPhone 12.
I open up a claim on planet express.com and after sometime they close the claim and mark it as as resolved why I have never gotten my iPhone why should I Mark my my claim as resolved while my issue has not been resolved and yesterday being I think 24th December one of their staff wrote me an email and they said that they could not agree with my claim that I should provide receipt for the iPhone 12 ok my Brethren my brothers and sisters I have presented them with receipt just today because I bought the iPhone 12 on ebay.com and I have contacted the person that sold the phone on ebay.com to give me receipt original purchase receipt receipt of the iPhone that the company where are uses for the shipping forwarder they requested for it and It took this guy a couple of days to get the receipt to my email and I got it today and I have sent them the receipt of the iPhone 12 Let's Hear water whatever or whatever other excuse they will have I am I have loose I have lost Hope on my phone because I think it's they have stolen it planet Express.com staff at if they have stoled my phone.
Please if you are a new customer and you want to patronize this scam and thief company called planet express.com I am sorry for you because you will tell you a sad story they are all bunch of Thieves they stole your item and they market it on their stupid auction

Much better options out there
Well you can find promo coupons for them, but nothing works, or instead of 10% off its not even 1%! Stingy for freebees! Got 10$ coupon with my order, BUT NOT VALID ONLINE! TERRIBLE! They have better online stores out there!

Wrong weighting! BE CAREFUL!
Well I use this company long long time now. Fast, reliable ( at least that what I thought!) Because of an issue for repacking I became suspicious! So when the last 2 big parcel from them arrived I measured them! And good news! The measurements were correct! BUT when I weighed the parcels it was like a punch in the face!
The 1 package they weighed 6.6lbs (for a xxs shoei helmet which accordind to shoei weights 2.6 lbs!) When I weighed the parcel it was 3.1 lbs! ( SO HOW DO YOU GUYS EXPLAIN A DIFFERENCE FROM 3.5 LBS?) A DIFFERENCE FROM 3.5 lbs! So instead off 37,60 they charged me 56,78 postage! So 19,18$ to much postage because of there wrong weigting!
The 2. Parcel had the same issue! They weighed it with 6lbs, I weighed it with 4.2lbs! A DIFFERENCE FROM 1.8 lbs! ( HOW CAN THIS BE?)
I dont know whats going on in there warehouse, or how they weight a parcel, BUT SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG!
Because of this strange weighting what they do you pay of course overpriced postage! For my 2 helmets and my amazon package I nearly lost 70$. How about the last years? Maybe it goes into hundreds lost dollars!
I am completely shocked after finding this out! I blindly trusted them. Never weighed or meassured a parcel what I received from them!
WELL MY TRUST IS GONE!
I will search for a new feight forwarder!
