This was my first time ordering from Pink Lily and it's been a great experience! I've always been skeptical of ordering clothes online from a retailer that I've never bought from before, but I love that they show their clothes on all different body styles and give their measurements :) That helped me so much! I received my order today and realized that I ordered a mismatch bikini top and bottom... My fault all around! But the customer service through the chat was really quick and I love that you're chatting with an actual person! The only thing I wish I could do was a simple exchange of bikini tops (for the one I meant to get to match my bottoms...), but it's okay! I'm glad I got my order fast (with 2-day shipping) so I could correct my error and order the correct top in time for Memorial Day weekend :) I'll definitely be ordering again from Pink Lily!
Love the customer service with Pink Lilly. Very responsive. I do wish though that instead of store credit we could get a full refund. My most recent purchase I returned all items. I ordered a bathing suit top and the bag it was in was labeled top but the actual product was bottoms. No fault to whoever was pulling the inventory. The 2 tanks and the shirts I ordered, I didn't love the material. I will order again from Pink Lilly but wishing I had a refund instead of the credit! I PL. They have beautiful clothes for all occasions. Sometimes it's a little pricey. Sometimes dresses need a slip under them because they can be seen through when standing in the light. Overall, I love all my PL products I've ordered. I've also visited the store which is really cute with lots of inventory. I hope they open a White House, TN or Nashville, TN location soon!

Purchased a sweatshirt for my wife. Purchase through website was very easy. Sweatshirt came slightly damaged. Contacted customer service and a new item was shipped and received within a couple days.
I love the design and fit. However the shipping to Canada is slow and expensive + duty charges that are not included in shipping fee. Hope Pink Lily finds a solution.
I returned an item and got the refund quickly. I also needed to cancel an order and they helped me quickly.
I've been buying clothes from Pink Lily for a year now, this boutique is very addictive, I've spent lots of money on a regular basis, the afterpay is a great thing. I never have issues with my orders, I get them relatively quick except around Christmas time which is understandable. I accidentally put one of my sweaters in the dryer and tore it up badly and it was sold out but Pink Lily gave me store credit for it when they didnt have to with it being my mess up. The customer service team was very prompt, kind and professional. I will never stop buying from this Boutique, you rock Pink Lily and Thank you for the cute clothes that I am always getting complimented on. I always tell people where I get my cute clothes from because people always ask.
I had ordered on a day that they were offering a free product. When I got my order, the free hat wasn't with my order. I sent an email to their customer service email. I heard back from them within a very short time and had a hat being processed that same day.
I have to say pink Lily has the best customer service, they are quick to respond and always have a solution that works for the customer.
Super friendly support/ customer service. I was accidentally shipped the incorrect item although it was listed as shipped correctly and the piece was labeled incorrectly too. Their team got back to me within 24 hours and helped make the error correct. They were helpful and extremely nice. Also updated me about shipping along the way! Would buy from them again!
Been shopping at Pink Lily for a few months now. I had a question regarding an order the other day and they were so quick to get back to me. The customer service is outstanding! The clothes are also not only stylish but affordable. I love that they also post videos explaining the size of the clothes they're wearing before you make a purchase because sometimes buying things online can be hard. I am sometimes in between sizes due to my curves and then sometimes I'm at my true size and since shopping with pink Lily I have never had a problem with having to return anything due to my size. This is the first place I've ever shopped that shows customer care. Thanks pink Lily for making me feel beautiful in my skin and listening to your customers.

Terrible customer service. No phone number to call. The sizing is not true to size, very misguiding. All items that I ordered turned out to be small. The company tricks you to buy clothes and when items don't fit there is no way to get your money back. They send you E- credit. If i am disappointed with my first order. Why would I want to buy anything else with again? Almost $300 that i spent just sit on the accounts and no real refund. Feels like the company defrauding customers. Have been always buying stuff online and this is my first time when I cannot get a refund. Very unexpected. On top of it, it has been almost a month since I sent the items back and I still have not heard from them.
I returned A top and a pair of sandals the end of March and it's now the middle of April and still no refund. Every time i email Them they just keep telling me the run around that they will send me the gift card via email as soon as the return is processed but won't give me the time frame. It's way past 7-10 business days.

Consistent brand! I love that they are local to KY and built themselves up from a very small business. Sometimes the items are different than the way they seem on the models (good photography angles and poses) but I am pretty happy with the overall experience. I will probably order from here more often when shipping times return to normal.

Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
