I bought a sweater and it torn right away. The thread unraveled. I wrote a review and nothing. Months later a wrote another review and finally someone reached out. They ended up replacing it. They were very professional and polite.

I was placing an order and meant ti entered a promo code but hit submit order instead and had no time to cancel. I was not promoted to a review order before it was placed. I online chatted with customer service and said I wanted to cancel my order. It was handled so fast since I was in panic mode! I was very impressed with the quick response and they handled my problem without delay! My credit care was immediately credited! So thankful!

Drop shipped clothing that's highly up charged but marketed as made in US. Not size inclusive. Awful people to work for in management. Don't even know how to properly pronounce some of the products they sell. "Quay" (key) sunglasses but they say kway. Return policies are shady.

Their return policy is terrible for those who never purchased from here and don't know the quality or fit of their items. You only get store credit or a gift card even if you request a return the next day you receive the item.
Pink lily sent me a dress and it had a tear. Not only was this dress the wrong size and damaged, but the correct size was sold out. Now it's like pulling teeth to get my $46 back. If they change their returns policy to make it more user friendly I might consider giving them another try in the future. However not only was the quality of the material on this dress cheap and lacking quality, I am hesitant to ever spend money here again if they refuse to refund in the same form of payment within a reasonable time of the return.

I returned an item 8 weeks ago and I still haven't got my refund yet. I have emailed them several times and no response. I have called and never get an answer. I am very disappointed because this I my first ever return and they same as stole $50 from me.

My first time ordering from here and I was sent two bottom swimsuits instead of the top and bottom :( than the top was sold out of course. I signed up to be notified when it was back in stock but was never notified, I just kept checking the site and saw it was back. I was refunded but than had to pay shipping for the top. I do love the suits I got and the high waisted is great.

I just recently found this boutique about 4 months ago and since then, I have placed about 15 orders! The sizes are exactly as they describe. The return process is fast and easy, I received the wrong item, opened the portal and within 7 days I had my gift card ready to use! The customer service is the best part! I've been ordering from Pink Lily for about 4 months now and I absolutely love everything I've purchased. They also have great customer service and are very helpful. I've ordered from a lot of boutiques, and this is by far my favorite one. They have the best selection of clothes and shoes. I always get a lot of compliments when I wear something I bought from them. I will continue to order from them regularly and also highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for amazing clothes.

Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
