Answer:

The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing

Is pink lily a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.

Why is everyone over exaggerating their customer service? They are rude, offensive and arrogant, every single time I have needed help.

In october of 2023 i ordered about $95.00 worth of products.never received anything. they offered a 60% refund. got nothing. what is my recourse?
