Pink Lily is by far the best online boutique ever! I know they do have a store also in Kentucky. They have such great quality clothing and release all kinds of Clothing collections Which I love! They also have great prices as well as coupons. They use route which is protection for your package as well as fast shipping & really fast returns. I hope one day that their reward system will allow you to earn money rewards (Points) towards your orders instead of earning coupons because the coupons only one can be used at a time. I know uncommon james has that reward system and it's awesome. Also it would be nice if they had a customer service phone number just in case although email customer service is fast! Love love love pink Lily!
Do not order from here. They provide zero customer service. I tried to apply a credit that i had and for some reason it did not work and i was charged full price for an order that should have been taken care of by my credit due to a return i had recently sent back. When i emailed them, they said there was nothing they could do. Such a scam and fraud. They stole from me and I want everyone to know. Do not order from them

I placed an order and forgot to include my discount code at check out. I decided to email customer service and see what could be done.
Within minutes i had a reply stating they would refund my card the total amount of the discount
I haven't received my product yet but I'm sure if it's anything like their service I will love it!

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered quite a few things and literally none of them were good quality and the sizes were all over the place. I reached out for a refund and learned that they will only give store credit and of course I have to pay to ship what I got back to them. I have zero interest in trying any of their other products. How can you justify a store credit only return policy when you are an online boutique and people cannot try things on first?! This policy is listed on the website, but have fun scrolling to try to find it. Do not give them your money.

Aside from the fact that they have have a great selection of clothes, their customer service is unmatched! I have had 2 instances where there was an issue with my order (neither of which was the fault of the company) but their response went above and beyond my expectations. I have been a repeat customer with Pink Lily since finding them on Instagram and I'm so glad that I did! I am impressed with how consistently they update their design choices as well as their timely shipping and excellent customer service. The clothes are reasonably priced, contemporary, and well-made. My only advice is to read the fine print. I didn't on this one, & I usually do, but if you order, and return, you get a gift card. No refund to your credit card. From one order, I realized I would most likely not reorder from this company, but I am now stuck with a gift card..

I only wish I had read the Facebook reviews of this joke of a company before I purchased. They refuse to offer a refund on an item that is the wrong size and are unable to exchange since the item is out of stock. Will give store credit. No thanks, ill eat the $69 and I'll never order from them again.

I love Pink Lily, the clothes & accessories they offer and the wonderful service they provide. I have been a customer and Pink Perks member (please revamp this program) for a few years now and the few times when I have had a question or concern, I received a prompt response. Once items ship from the warehouse, it gets to me pretty quickly but it can be a tad frustrating to get a shipment notification (label printed!) but the package sits for several days sometimes until their bulk shipment is picked up. The clothes and service make it worth the wait though! I would love to see more (or actual) perks for Magenta tier members. I accumulate points but a $20 coupon does nothing for me when a 15 or 20% code that everyone has will always save me more and I can't combine the two. I'm a big fan as are many others but I believe in being rewarded for being loyal to a company.
This was my 3rd time making a purchase from Pink Lily. This was also my 3rd time having to contact them about a pricing error. This morning I made a purchase at 6 AM and their website stated that they had extended their labor day sale. I was like, wow! Great and additional 30% off. Then I read the disclaimer that stated sale ends 9/6 at 11:59 PM. Who does this! Who advertises something in BOLD on their website, but then leaves it posted. I had to contact them to ask them to honor the price. Not necessarily false advertising as the ad did have the date, but very misleading practice. Get it together! Pink Lily is AWESOME! During their Labor Day Sale I accidentally bought items full price instead of using the discount code like I wanted too. I emailed Pink Lily and they instantly canceled my order so I could use the discount code! I love love love this store!

I love there items. I recently got item that had small defect in it, and there customer was awesome. I received a defective product and they were amazing and offered me refund or credit since item was sold out. I chose the credit since I'll be shopping for fall items soon. They were so great and issued credit in like 5 minutes. They were great. I can't say that for all companies because many out there right now give customers a hard time for returns. They def were so helpful.

Avoid this business and these fake reviews. Look at these reviews... these people either work in the office at Primary or are influencer models for the products. I read a review tonight from a lady who bought a hat from Pink Lily and loves it... says she wears it everywhere. First off, of all the 73 hat locations in the warehouse, there's not a single hat worthy of pictures. I sent a complaint to the owners and managers about all the damaged hats in inventory. There's not one decent hat in the warehouse inventory... I know, I am the former Inventory Supervisor. The lady who wrote that positive review is a liar. If she is an actual customer who bought a hat from Pink Lily, she's mad as he'll right now. She looks like an influencer model for the company. This is straight up fraud and should be against the law. This company is ripping people off and using fake reviews to cheat people out of their hard earned money.
I accidentally forgot to use the coupon code at check out. I sent a quick message and within minutes I got a reply with a resolution to adjust my order and give me the discount offer! Much appreciated!

Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
