Horrible company. Horrible very expensive products. It is almost impossible to return any products. Look on Facebook and the reviews on there. There are some TRUTHFUL reviews on there. They certainly don't match with the good ones on here. Also on Facebook, pink Lilly has disabled the options to post issues on their Facebook page. The only way you can see the truth about their products are to look under reviews. Hmmmm does it spark any suspicion when a company won't allow you to post on their Facebook page? They took this option off a few months ago when people were blowing their Facebook page up with complaints. My expensive jeans have literally fallen apart within 5 months. They will post "we care about our customers, please contact us to have your issues resolved" BUT WHAT THEY DONT ADD IS THAT WHEN YOU DO CONTACT THEM., THEY DONT RESPOND?
NOW THEY ARENT EVEN AVAILABLE FOR MESSENGER ON FACEBOOK. JUST SAYING HOW SHADY THEY ARE

I was accidentally shipped two bathing suit tops and no bottoms so I emailed them and the next day I got a response and was shipped bottoms. Very quick response!

I can honestly say I think so highly of all the people involved with Pink Lily. I've had many experiences from either customer service with a live person to emails back regarding my purchases. If the quality of an item was damaged when delivered, they gave me the option for a full refund or gift card. If a piece was missing, they sent another one asap. If I wanted to change a size before my item was ready to ship, they are happy to do so. I love the videos they have with most items available, it always helps get a better feel for the pieces. If an item didn't meet expectations, I can return for a gift card and I hope that soon a full return will be in their future with their business now growing and blooming.

I never seem to find my size 16/18 and when DarylAnn Denner came out with her collection I was really excited. I had one of everything in my cart and went to pay but didn't even have 2 min to put my card info in before things started selling out. So I lost a bunch of stuff. I did get a refund on my shipping for 1 of the additional items but still paid it on another. People need like 2-3 min to put payment info.

The quality of the 2nd item I received was horrible. It was a chenille that shed everywhere and the sweater fell apart in my hands. I went back just to spend my gift card. They'd disabled it.

I ordered a sweater in my usual size but wanted to exchange it because it was HUGE. They would not process an exchange and when I went to reorder it it was gone. I had to pay for delivery as well as for the return. They would not refund me for the sweater but gave me a store credit instead. When I went to use my store credit, my debit card on record was charged instead. I contacted them immediately via e-mail ( I couldn't reach them by phone) and they said they'd cancel the order but they didn't. The next thing I knew, I had receieved an e-mail stating my order was being shipped. When I emailed again to ask them to use my store credit instead they refused. The quality of the item I received was not great either. I will stick with companies like Amazon and Nordstrom with free shipping and receptive customer service.

I had trouble locating my package and I had spoken to USPS and they didn't know where my Pink Lily package was, so I contracted Pink Lily and they responded in less than 24 hours and had my package located and rushed my package so I had the dress for a wedding I was attending.

I made a purchase of three items in which I had to process a return for one and one item was missing. The return process was simple and smooth. I sent email inquiry regarding missing item and received a prompt reply stating that it was being delivered separately due to being a custom order. Excellent customer service!

I purchased a cardigan & noted unraveling in neckline area. Made contact with Pink Lily, stated the problem & within 24 hours they responded. Willing to send me a new sweater or give me a gift card, but needed the order no#. After numerous emails, I checked with another company that I also order from & found out the sweater was from a different company! Pink Lily was totally understanding & tried to help me as much as they could!

Pink Lilly popped up as an Instagram add so I was leery at first but after further research and learning they are US based, I was sold! I've ordered a few tee's already and absolutely LOVE my items. The shirts are soft and comfy. I also love that I can get matching items for my daughter! Who's 5!

This company has the worst customer service. I ordered 3 items and all 3 came damaged. (Sneakers we're all scuffed up like they had been returned previously, sweater had a giant hole and flannel had stains on it. When I asked to return it for a refund, they told me they only issue store credit. Why would I want store credit for damaged items. The quality is so poor. I've been in contact for a week to try and resolve this. There is not chat or phone number only email and they take 24-48hrs to respond each time. The items are too expensive to come in such poor quality and poor customer service. Definitely won't be ordering from them again. Buyer Beware!

Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
